The Baita dell'Est is much more than just a place to stay – it is a place full of peace, magic and loving details. The cottage is fantastically located, stylishly furnished and offers a real experience with the whirlpool and the view. We came for the 5th anniversary - and got much more than just a nice place to stay. We have collected memories that will remain. What made this stay so special was Nicola. His cordiality, reliability and tips complemented everything perfectly. You can tell right away: there's a real heart in it. We can especially recommend a breakfast at the Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna - heavenly! The surroundings also invite you to explore - nature, small alleys, good food. This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Andy was always very helpful and hospitable, thank you for everything. I can highly recommend the place. I would love to come back - next time with my family.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the place very much. The nice thing was: Our dogs were also very welcome. The rooms were just sufficient from the square, but the garden is huge and the private swimming pool leaves nothing to be desired. The large outdoor kitchen is perfect for grilling, cooking and getting together. We would recommend the place right away and are already considering when we will go again:)

The accommodation is beautifully located in the Valle di Mello and for the children the surroundings are great for playing.

Our stay at Alp Arami was fantastically beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for and booked. The accommodation was as described: quiet, clean, well equipped (except for frying pan and kitchen knife) and everything worked smoothly. The surroundings are simply magical! Forests, mountains and the soothing sound of cowbells. Perfect for hiking, switching off and letting your soul wander. The journey is a bit adventurous but absolutely feasible for experienced drivers. From the parking lot, a 500m footpath leads uphill to the Rusticco. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Jana was a wonderful host! Warm, attentive and helpful. You can feel how much joy and love she puts into this special place! We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed staying at the charming Rustico. Especially with our young dog, it was perfect with the garden. We'll be back. 😊

I and my dog spent 3 days there. Katia was a truly wonderful host! She even helped me order pizza, which certainly wouldn't be expected of every host. There are very good excursions, Katia also includes brochures. You can switch off without problems and enjoy privacy. I honestly don't know what else to say... just perfect!! Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. The cottage is lovingly furnished and ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

The chalet is very nice and has a nice fenced garden, ideal for those of us who have a dog. The sheltered outdoor table allowed us to dine outside even when the weather was not great. We only spent three days in this house, but they were pleasant between relaxing and walking around. Excellent communication and availability of the owner.

Beautiful location, typical mountain cabin surrounded by woods. Great place to get away from the usual routine. In the surrounding area there are beautiful places to hike even for those who do not regularly practice tracking. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful place to enjoy the proximity od nature. All you need inside the house. Amazingly clean and comfortable. Good internet connection so you can work from there with no issues. Worth coming if you look for a place in mountains

A beautiful chalet close to the Swiss border, but in the best Italian mountain location. The view is amazing, and the house is perfect, both in size and location, to spend beautiful days there. Sara as a host is very quick to respond and friendly. When you arrive, you will be greeted by Carla and Stefano and taken to the chalet. Both are incredibly nice and helpful, and make you feel at home. The chalet itself is small and cozy, just the right size for two people, with all the comforts you could wish for, and you will be really surprised up there. We enjoyed the time there very much, and look forward to the next visit there.

a bucolic experience, the mountain countryside in all its veracity! Sheep, dogs, red woodpeckers... The cottage is clean, comfortable, and has a fireplace (which at 1100m in altitude is also usable at the beginning of June). We stayed with our cat, who I must say greatly appreciated the location near the woods and fields, and we felt comfortable leaving her free (never happened elsewhere). Pleasant walks nearby. The climb to the house is on foot, really steep, but Sara carries the luggage with the jeep. An excellent reference for escaping from Milan.

The stay was great. A cozy cottage in the middle of the forest with a nice terrace. The bedroom is fantastic. Fresh sheets, very cozy blankets and mattresses. Rarely have you slept so well.

Exactly what we were looking for. 3 days in a place surrounded by greenery, which seems to come out of a fairy tale. The house has everything you need, we felt pampered throughout the stay. In the morning we had breakfast on the balcony, which has a beautiful view, after a walk in the surrounding areas in the afternoon we sunbathed on the terrace, with the possibility of cooling off in the outdoor shower, while in the evening you can relax watching a movie with lit candles next to you, the TV is Smart and already automatically contains Netflix and the main applications. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, which occasionally stops working as it is in the mountains, but it is sufficient to disconnect and reconnect the modem. Upstairs, the bed is very comfortable and there is a fan that completely cools the room, while downstairs there is air conditioning. The only sound present is the chirping of the birds, we will definitely come back.
