The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A POOL NEARBY.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
