Beautiful house with great views. Small things to fix but overall a great place with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The area is very nice, with nearby beaches in a safe area.

Great! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because I fell ill with a severe flu/pneumonia! Franck is simply a friendly person who was able to reach at any time! I was so bad that he had his cell phone on all night so he could send an ambulance in case of an emergency! I couldn't have been more grateful! He inquired about my condition, even when we were back in Germany, he would have even paid us back rent, which would not have been necessary at all! We are infinitely grateful for his dedication & hospitality! The house is well equipped and was very clean! We felt comfortable and I spent many days in it because of my illness! I hope we can come back sometime, but then we'll rent the villa with pool opposite Franck ;) THANK YOU from the heart Franck 🤍 Best regards from Germany!

sometimes the word atypical describes unsuitable housing. This is not the case here, we had a great time in this house integrated into the maquis. Photos of this listing match reality in every way. The beach is easily accessible on foot, and the towns of southern Corsica by car. It was a pleasure preparing meals in the open kitchen. Recommended

Welcoming and caring host. Quiet and appointed location to have all meals outdoors. Air-conditioned accommodation. Very well equipped accommodation with food basics ( coffee, tea, sugar ...) , hygiene ( shower, toilet paper), cleaning products ( for dishwasher and washing machine). Host who directed us to several tours and small non-touristy place ( cove) Small welcome gifts

Little gem! We loved the authentic side of the place coupled with remarkable comfort and all renovated and decorated with great taste! In the middle of the maquis, 10 minutes from magnificent beaches, Porto Vecchio and 25 minutes from Bonifacio. Very nice private pool. In addition, we were very well received by a charming team. We'll be happy to go back!

A great stay in this beautiful quiet house while being close to all amenities! Jean-Paul and Laetitia are available and attentive, we will certainly come back to their home.

Corsica and stay are recommended; super nice views, on the island you can walk fantastically and an hour later you are on the beach. We have been there for two weeks and not a moment bored. Isabella is very friendly and helpful. You do need to speak French. The house is very nicely furnished, was sparkling clean and is well equipped; various pans, cutlery, oven, microwave, etc. Beds are firm but good. A few points of attention: - space outside and inside is slightly smaller than expected. For us, the two of us, this was no problem at all. - the air change makes noise, we are not used to it. - you have to drive 10 minutes for shops (Spar is fine). Too stylish and far to walk - the driveway to the house is very steep and you have to make a sharp turn. This is easy to do for experienced riders. Another tip, Plage de Santa Giulia, a 15-minute drive, is really nice. In short, we are very positive and can highly recommend it.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

the modern villa right by the sea was incredible!. The pool was perfect for morning swims with great views. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The outdoor kitchen was a lot of fun! Florent is a great host: super responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was seamless. Clean, beautifully furnished, and the beach was walking distance. Perfect for a family or friends’ trip. We can’t recommend it enough!

The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!

superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.

Descriptions and reviews match reality. Frédéric is a very friendly and very responsive host. The house is very nice and its pool heated to 28 degrees. The villa is close to the most beautiful beaches of Southern Corsica, Palombaggia, Rondinara, Santa Giulia …….We will surely return to this villa and its sublime surroundings. JL

It was a splendid and beautiful place and where it was good to stay. It was only one night, but perfect for relaxing and enjoying the places and scenery to relax to the fullest!

Great contact with Anthony and his partner, the apartment is super nice and clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The casa Santa guilia is an incredible place to stay in southern Corsica. Ines is a wonderful host and was always responsive and helpful to our family. The pool is fantastic and our children loved spending their time swimming. Near to amazing towns and beautiful beaches we cannot reccomend this accommodation enough and urge people to book on. We will be returning The flowers, private setting and beautiful house made our Corsica trip all the more special. We will be back

In addition to having a real crush on this magnificent island, we had a crush on Camille and Gautier. They are wonderful hosts, attentive, responsive with very good advice. We were even able to spend our last evening with them and it was very pleasant. I recommend them 100%. Looking forward to returning to Corsica and seeing you again. We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden with terrace was particularly beautiful – ideal for relaxing. Communication with the landlord was always straightforward and very pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the helpful tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

It was really a wonderful time in the villa and you felt like you were in paradise in the morning. We will be happy to come back. Small update: a bar/restaurant has opened next to the property. But it was only too loud once and you could relax and talk to the owners.
