From Filippo’s beautiful house, there is a very nice forest view from every window — a wonderful sight to wake up to. The lower floor is cozy and comfortable, with a lovely playroom that has a charming window and a couch perfect for relaxing, reading, or playing. The kitchen is large, spacious, and everything is very clean. Filippo is extremely generous — he left us plenty of food, wine, and even baked us a traditional chocolate cake. Just eight minutes away there’s a lovely lake for a pleasant sunset walk.

It was a great place, I'm glad you stayed at Marco's house:)) We checked in very late at night and this was no problem. The house was very clean and the design of the furniture was beautiful and useful. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning made us very happy. A lot of things were offered for breakfast at home and we didn't expect it. When everything was so beautiful, we thought that if the house was available, we should extend our stay for another day, but unfortunately our schedule did not allow it. We have already started to plan to come back here and stay longer:))) I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the landlord.
