Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Un logement calme et refait à neuf en 2023. Un poêle à double parois chauffe la pièce principale où se trouve la cuisine et le séjour avec son billard, le tout sur une belle vue dégagée. Le RDC accueille un sas d’entrée (pour les skis et affaires mouillées) et une salle de bain. L’étage offre 3 chambres : 1 sdb, deux chambres de 2 lits (que l’on peut réunir) et un dortoir de 4 lits. Le palier, doté d’un baby foot, accueille 2 lits simples. Emplacement idéal : 12 min de Super-Besse.
