Bonjour je loue mon chalet de 75m² en montagne, au cœur du parc des volcans d'Auvergne dans le massif du Sancy. Situé sur la commune de Saint Victor La Riviere, entre Besse en Chandesse et Murol. (lac Chambon et château de Murol à 5min en voiture, station de ski de Super-Besse ā 15min) Commerces et activités à proximité, Murol (4km) , Besse En Chandesse (7km). Idéal pour découvrir la région et ses paysages magnifiques. Nombreuse possibilités de randonnée, à pied ou en vélo au départ du chalet.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Chalet tout confort avec vue exceptionnelle, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. À 500 m des pistes, navette gratuite vers le centre et les remontées. Bébé est le bienvenu : équipements fournis. En hiver, cheminée pour des soirées cocooning (bois en option). En été, sentiers au départ du chalet. Le ménage de fin de séjour est réalisé par les locataires.
