Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Picnic Point

I do not think there are enough words to describe how absolutely incredible Matthew's home is! Myself and 6 other girls spent the week here for a girls getaway and every single one of us could not stop 'oooo-ing & awwww'-ing' at every space. The home itself looks as if it came straight out of a novel but the property! Oh my gosh!!! Getting to be tucked away in the gorgeous scenic town of Kingston, while also not being too far from amazing restaurants and other amenities was pure perfection. We all took daily walks around the property and loved the high end retreat vibe that the home itself gives. We truly made some life long memories and cannot thank Matt enough for allowing us the opportunity to get to stay here. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we are all already talking about when we can come back; especially when the lavender field is in full bloom!! Thank you again, Matt!!

The photos do not lie. Very peaceful spacious accommodations. The kayaks were wonderful for a peaceful late afternoon paddle. It is true that the path to the beach is very steep and not for the faint of heart or legs. The only slight drawback is that sound carries very easily through the air ducts, so if you're in the master bedroom, you will hear what's going on downstairs. But all in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jay’s cabin! Tucked away in the woods, it was the perfect escape from city life. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet morning with coffee on the porch, surrounded by nature. Jay was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We went to Seattle with our kids and grand kids for our 50th anniversary. I have only rented one other house online, so i was a little apprehensive. The neighborhood was more eclectic then i expected but it added to the charm. The house was exactly as described. It was decorated very nicely and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. I still havent figured out the ideal location to stay in Seattle as far as convenience because it is so broken up. This was close to the ferry , so it was perfect. Thanks Melissa for a wonderful stay!

This house is located in a very private neighborhood and is great for a getaway. It’s peaceful and tranquil while offering a superb backyard for kids. The house and hot tub made our stay comfortable.

We stayed here for our anniversary with our 2 year old and infant. Beach was fun to walk with lots of sea creatures to see when the tide was out. Calm Bay Area. House was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Words cannot describe the magnificent views. Waking up to the sun cresting over the mountain was breathtaking. The house felt more like a home than a rental. We could envision family holidays utilizing the chef style kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Gazing at the massive dining room table from the kitchen, imagining friends and family gathered around breaking bread. Having the treehouses available to rent in combination with the mountain view house is appealing as well with those having larger groups gathering without being on top of one another. The library was fantastic! It made me want to come back during the colder months just to have a fire in the fireplace. I pictured myself curled up with a book and a roaring fire. Don’t even get me started on the arcade, lol. We had so much fun!!! This is one of those listing where the pictures reflect exactly what you get… Thank you Cindy and Joe! Sandy’s place is really beautiful and Sandy is a great host. She was lovely and friendly and I found myself so comfortable talking to her. Her beautiful home is inviting and open. Her kitchen is a dream and she has the best coffee machine. I am really happy I got to stay with her and little Uni.

Beautiful location! Splendid views! Gorgeous home with all the amenities! Roomy and comfortable and totally dreamy. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. The swim spa was relaxing, clean, and well cared for. We made treasured memories here. Would 1000% stay here again!

Our only downside of this location was that we were only there for two days and wish we had been able to spend more time there. The house was perfect. The surroundings were perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked out very well. Christy was excellent and answering our questions quickly And it was a beautiful home.

What a beautiful property! My friends and I had the best time enjoying the stunning views, gorgeous house and the relaxing hottub. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The host was kind and helpful as well. We would love to come back someday!

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. We had such an amazing, relaxing, and peaceful stay at this little cabin on the lake. Wayne and family were all wonderful and the pups made us feel right at home. If you like lake views out everywindow, cozy fires, sitting in the hot tub as you watch the sun set, and loving on some pups then this the spot for you. It's small. It's comfortable. It's got everything you need and the hosts are lovely. We loved this spot so much we just booked our next visit. See you guys soon!

Beautiful spot in the woods! Easy to drive into town and to spots to explore around the island, and a comfortable retreat to come back to with a campfire at the end of the day.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin by the river! From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The cabin itself is beautifully maintained, with a stunning kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor space was the real highlight—soaking in the hot tub under the stars was magical, and we spent every evening around the fire pit listening to the river and enjoying the quiet. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unplug. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell the hosts really care about creating a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was great, beautiful scenery and beautiful lights all around. The inside was clean and all prepared. No issues, and the host Cierra was very helpful with anything we needed. And very private and nice to be to get away from the city and enjoy the nature Washington has to offer.

We loved staying at Mary's quiet cabin near Langley. The place was lovely and clean and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the area. Especially if you enjoy a private location, the view and sounds of the river. This is a very peaceful and relaxing location. Will most definitely stay here again when back in the area.
