Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with whatever you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing from one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the attention, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. Overall, excellent Airbnb! Very clean at the reception and with full amenities, excellent air conditioning and a very well-equipped kitchen. In addition, it is in a very good location. Esteban was in instant communication with any questions and showed genuine concern for us as guests. Sometimes, there was not much privacy, but it was understandable by the rules of the condominium.

The residential complex is very nice, private, has many activities to do, each pool with something different, the modern apartment, an incredible view, impeccable in cleanliness, full of accessories to be able to use everything. The host was super attentive, and gave us recommendations for everything.

Just keep in mind that the entrance to the beach is far away, so I recommend having a vehicle since Uber does not work in Acapulco and taxis are expensive. Everything else is highly recommended

The apartment is super nice, a few meters from the beach, just go down the stairs to have everything (pools and beach) a few meters away. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything so you can cook at ease, entertain yourself with the TV, board games. Good air conditioning, the facilities are super clean and there are several bars and restaurants within the complex to order.

The apartment is very nice and clean, it matches the photos but being there was even better. The location is very accessible, as well as the staff in the condominium. Mr. Francisco very kindly sent us the weather forecast, which apparently was going to be kind of bad that weekend, and offered to change the date. In the end, we took the risk of going and everything was excellent. We will definitely return to the accommodation 😃
