L'appartamento è come nella descrizione dell'annuncio. Ampio, comodo, con cucina attrezzata, posizione ottima, silenzioso. Privo di luce naturale, così come descritto nell'annuncio.

This is wonderful place, when you feel like home. Beautifully designed, cozy apartment , very thought through because it’s designed for everyday living. Amazing view from the terrace on the harbor . Right below the terrace there is a station of a cable railway 🚃, which keeps quite from midnight to around 7.30 or 8 am in the morning. If you like to sleep longer and have a sensitive sleep you probably should pay attention to this - we were not bothered by this at all. I only can recommend to stay at Barbara’s place !gives a very authentic and pleasant experience :) we would come again!

Valerio and his family are very kind and welcoming hosts. The location is peaceful and quiet, great guest house with a beautiful pool. We were warmly welcomed with a home made cake, which was very delicious! We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico soggiorno di 2 notti e 3 giorni presso Villa d'Amis, nella tranquilla frazione Bruciati in provincia di Asti. Eravamo in 15 persone, distribuiti in tre appartamenti, e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli spazi erano pulitissimi, ben organizzati e già forniti di tutto il necessario. Anita, la padrona di casa, è stata impeccabile: sempre solare, disponibile e pronta a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo è stata la tavolata preparata per tutti noi nel primo appartamento, un gesto gentile e pratico che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La villa è perfetta per gruppi numerosi e si presta benissimo per una vacanza all'insegna della convivialità. L'unica piccola pecca è stata una delle docce, un po' stretta e scivolosa, ma nulla che abbia influito negativamente sulla nostra esperienza. Consigliamo vivamente Villa d'Amis e ci torneremo sicuramente, magari anche in estate!

Very beautiful guest house tucked in the hills. The private patio is serene. luscious greenery everywhere. Super quiet at night. The casa has everything you need. Sabine is very nice and provided some great restaurant recommendations. absolutely would stay again!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr passend für Familien. Es hat viel Platz draussen und einen grossen Pool. Geir und Anne wohnen direkt neben an und konnten bei Fragen und Anliegen gleich Antwort & Hilfe bieten.

Rares sont ces locations que l’on peut encore trouver, où l’on se sent à la fois comme chez soi, et en même temps reçus comme des invités chez l’habitant. Il Nespolo est une de ces précieuses trouvailles, aménagée avec grands soins et beaucoup de charme, où nous avions toute l’autonomie et tous les services dont nous avions besoin, avec en plus toute l’attention et la chaleur humaine de Fabrizio et d’Isabelle. Il Nespolo est un véritable bijou où l’on se sent bien. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, mais nous aurions pu y rester bien plus longtemps, puisqu’en plus du logement et de ses hôtes, la région offre de nombreux lieux de visites à découvrir et prenant le temps, à pied, à vélo et/ ou en voiture. Fabrizio vous donnera tous les bons conseils pour découvrir le coin! Merci Fabrizio et Isabella, et à très bientôt, nous reviendrons ! :)

Anita was an amazing host - throughout the process she was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for the wedding we were attending, she helped us to find a local taxi to get us to the venue, and was always on hand to help with suggestions for local supermarkets, restaurants etc. The villa is in a beautiful quiet location, on the top of a hill with stunning views across the valley. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the swimming pool.

Very good value for money. Easy connection to Milan ( cheap tickets ). Walking distance from the station . Giovanni wrote very clear instructions. Would recommend anytime

Es war alles super, das einzige ist das es ein bisschen weit weg von die Bahnstation dann muss ungefähr 20 oder 30 Minuten laufen
