Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The perfect place for relaxing and enjoying - close to sea and Olymp mountain. The house is very comfortable, with all the amenities you need, the fireplace is a gem. Chrysoula is the perfect host - responsive, hospitable and always available for help. Highly recommended 😊

Amazing stay! Felt right at home. There is EVERYTHING and more you could need for short (or long) stay. The views are breathtaking, the area in general has a lot to offer-from mountains to the beaches to the cultural sites and buzzing towns. Theodoros was very nice and had solid recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The pool obviously was a blessing on hot days. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

We liked the stay! The hosts were very flexible with our arriving and check out times. The rooms were good, the kitchens great, bathrooms fine. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the BBQ. To manange future expectations: beds are a little hard, hot water was medium, and there were some bees at the pool. Apart from that. Amazing place, book it!

Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches the photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

Very nice place to spend your time with friends or family. The Villa is big enough for a large group of people. The pool is nice and clean, with a view to the see, and a very nice and clean yard. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. Air condition in all rooms. The entire villa is very clean. Dimitris is a very nice guy, ready to help you with everything you need.

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

beautiful villa and great views from the balconies. extra clean. very good bakery, coffee and restaurants in the lively town center. we spent relaxing time in the village, but also went to multiple beaches and also hiked in the mount olympus park (and, yes, we reached Mytikas :) after 2 weeks on some greek islands we loved being in a « real village » with only local people! totally recommend this experience!

Great place with superb host:): We spent four nights at Victorias place and had a very good time: the apartment is fully equipment, very clean, and well designed. The AC is working well and there is a beautiful outdoor sitting area. A larger road nearby can be heard very slightly, but overall it is a quiet and peaceful place. When we forgot to pack a kitchen tool, victoria even went to get it for us. Also, she lives directly next door and always helped with any kind of question. Her tips for waterfalls, restaurants, beaches, mountains, and a lot more were superb. We highly recommend staying with her :)

5 stars with the value of the cabin, it was spotless and fragrant. It was wonderful and a sign of hospitality that they had turned on the air conditioner because of the heat to welcome us. It is a fully equipped penthouse, even for a grill if someone wants, but it also has brochures to order. He also had a pharmacy and many kinds of mosquito repellents. Finally, it was very positive that you could book only one night.

The accommodation was spotless, the hostess impeccable and helpful! The jacuzzi as well as the projector area were wonderful. We had a great time and we will definitely choose it again!
