Holiday rentals with a pool in Pieria

The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an unparalleled sense of warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. Giorgos, in particular, extended his full availability and provided us with an extensive array of information about the various activities available in the area, ensuring that we had a comprehensive understanding of the local opportunities and attractions. The villa itself was a true haven. Fully equipped with all necessary tools and devices, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort and convenience. The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

In short: absolutely great! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake for the beautiful and super clean property. Familiar, warm, open, you are welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice beach section is super quick to reach by car. Here you can find loungers for a drink. The walk to the promenade with many good taverns is also short. I would have liked to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and thanks again for the wonderful time!

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

Such a nice place. Clean, nice bedrooms, privet bathrooms, easygoing people. The place can host 12 visitors- we were 7- but there was place for 12. It’s the perfect place for a group of travellers with various destinations for daily trips.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

The stay with Ioannis and his family was great, they are very warm and friendly hosts, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodation is exactly as described, the interior as well as the exterior are well maintained, clean and tidy, the pool is the highlight, the sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The area is quiet and not so crowded, so ideal for relaxing and unwinding, I can recommend the accommodation 100%, thank you very much for everything and see you next time.

We spent 10 days in the house and the experience exceeded our expectations, you will undoubtedly feel at home in this house. The whole complex is pleasant and quiet, and in the middle of August you can get away from crowds, noise and parking problems here. In the house you will find equipment that you even didn't know you needed. Charliaos' mother will see you off and welcome you warmly, and in between you will have complete privacy. Highly recommended
