We spent about a week at Federico's place, both for leisure and working remotely. The apartment is located in a private street, very close to the promenade of Pegli and to various restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop located few meters away where it is possible to get a bus to both the city center of Genoa and the train station of Pegli, although the latter is also walking distance. Federico is a very caring host. He was responsive to everything we needed and gave us clear instructions. Overall, we had a good experience and we recommend Federico's place!

We had a great stay. Views are stunning and the pool is really nice. The place has a great service of a shuttle bus to Finale Ligure. This makes the peaceful location more attractive as you can quickly and easily get to the beach without the hassle of parking.

We recently had a great stay in the apartment and would like to share our experiences. The apartment was really beautiful; the use of color and material was excellent and perfectly coordinated, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. We found everything we needed which made us feel right at home. One point to keep in mind is that the walk to the village of Alassio is a steep climb, especially the way back, but it is definitely doable. In addition, there was a parking available in a safe and enclosed parking lot. A small downside was the use of the pool; this was only possible in the presence of an attendant and was closed daily from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Unfortunately, the pool was completely closed after September 15, despite the beautiful weather. The view from the apartment was truly breathtaking, especially during the sunset. It was a perfect place. Communication with Daniele was pleasant!

It was a pleasure to meet marco and manuela. They are so kind and gave us many ideas what we could explore. Our children loved the playground, the heated pool and especially the turtles.. 😝🙈.

Had 5 great days in this apartment, which met expectations. Three(!) balconies and access to a large pool area. A little further than wanted to walk to the city center, but not a big issue if you have big kids. Paolo and Paola hr in every way been a nice host!✨

Nice big appartment within 10 minutes walk from stone beach. Next to Savona and Genua, good connection to pay road between France ang Genua. Street parking was ok for us for a short vacation. Varazze, a location not too far, was a pleasant surprise on one day, music and plenty of things to do in the evening, strongly recommend. Happy about our stay and hope to be back sometime.

I had a wonderful stay with my family in this apartment. The location is really ideal: it is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the main attractions (beach, budello...) and is also well connected by public transport. The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. Every corner is taken care of down to the smallest detail with cozy and tidy rooms. Special praise goes to Omar the manager who is always available and ready to assist with every request. His friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The accommodation was as advertised, clean and equipped with everything, comfortable with a small garden where you can stay outdoors. Only loungers were missing, the managers told us they had been stolen and had already urged the owner to provide them with new ones. They also stepped in to resolve a TV issue caused by previous guests. Easy to do check-in and check-out through key box.

We had an exceptional stay in Bordighera in this high quality apartment, with neat finishes and elegant decor. Access is easy, the views are simply beautiful, and the setting is very peaceful. The owner is really friendly, always available and attentive. He made our stay even more enjoyable thanks to his kindness and attention to detail. A real favorite for the indoor spa that it offers as an option: a perfectly thoughtful wellness area, with a relaxing atmosphere and the possibility of enjoying professional massages on site. This is a real sensory experience you should not miss! The swimming pool and jacuzzi, included in the living room, perfectly complete this already exceptional place. We would recommend it in a second!

We felt at home in Alma's apartment! The spaces are large and very clean, perfect for a family vacation! Its proximity to the center and the sea make it perfect for reaching the beach as well as the restaurants and shops in the center. Very nice apartment, renovated with care and in a very quiet setting. Stefania was very quick to send us all the information to get there and fully enjoy the house.

The property is a residence with all the comforts, the sea can be reached on foot from a rather challenging path, for convenience we have always used the car considering that in low season there is easy parking on the waterfront.

Amazing view, well adapted for big families. Perfect garden for enjoyfull dinner.

The house was possibly one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed at. The views were breathtaking. The hosts, Mariachiara in particular, were very responsive - to the extent that after a very strong storm they drove several hours to ensure the electrics were fixed properly. The house itself is glorious - it looks to have been interior designed, with solid marble sinks, stunning glass and wood features. Pool and gym both super. It was a treat staying there. I guess the only nice thing would have been a bed in the third bedroom rather than sofabed, but we coped just fine. We would return in a heartbeat and in fact I would move in tomorrow! The vineyards all around - honestly spectacular and thank you.
