Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Umgebung ist Naturbelassen und recht ruhig, auch nachts. Auch die Lage ist super. Mit Stefano zu kommunizieren war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Der einzige Nachteil waren die Haushaltsgeräte, welche zwar zahlreich waren aber manchmal nicht funktioniert haben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt super angenehm und den Preis auf jeden Fall wert! Danke Stefano ☺️

Everything as nice as described and shown online. We really enjoyed the stay with our 19 months old toddler. As described by others, the neighborhood has lots of (watch) dogs, that do their noisy job well ;) Probably nothing extraordinary in more rural towns there. Also one neighbor has a ton of bird cages, which adds another noise level, especially in the evening hours. For us both was no bigger problem, but it should be noted. A great place if you don't mind hopping on the car for your day-to-day vacation activities and grocery shopping. In the high summer the garden offers a nice and chillier alternative to beaches.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni splendidi a Bordighera, in un appartamento curato e tranquillo, dove l’ospitalità di Denisia e Giuseppe ha fatto davvero la differenza: gentili, presenti e premurosi, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Con la Vespa abbiamo esplorato borghi suggestivi come Dolceacqua, Apricale e Perinaldo, e ci siamo goduti splendide passeggiate vista mare tra Ospedaletti, Mentone e Monte-Carlo. Tuffi rigeneranti, panorami mozzafiato e una sensazione di libertà assoluta. Denisia e Giuseppe abbiamo voglia di ricambiare! Vi aspettiamo sul lago di Garda! Grazie di cuore.

Lovely villa with a stunning view. We particularly enjoyed the large patio and green surroundings. Definitely worth a booking!

Wir haben das Haus und die Gegend sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist es sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine wunderbare offene Küche. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber es eignet sich auch perfekt für Familien und Freunde, die gemeinsam reisen. Der Ausblick ist toll, man kann in die Berge des ligurischen Hinterlandes sehen, aber auch aufs Meer. Man kann hier entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Zu Fuß gelangt man in wenigen Minuten in den hübschen Ort Valloria mit einem sehr netten Restaurant mit toller ligurischer Küche. Wer die Natur liebt, aber auch das Meer in der Nähe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war schnell und unkompliziert, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

L’endroit se mérite après des routes sinueuses, mais une fois arrivé, c’est un vrai havre de paix en pleine nature. La maison est agréable, bien qu’avec quelques problèmes d’humidité… l’espace extérieur et le jardin sont magnifiques et vraiment très agréables. Petit plus super sympa : le restaurant en face est très bien et permets de dîner comme à la maison!

Bellissimo alloggio, con fantastica terrazza e panorama su Monte Cucco. La casa è di recente costruzione, perfettamente attrezzata, molto spaziosa, in posizione isolata e tranquilla. Un grande vantaggio è la possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile. Altra grande comodità per noi è stata la possibilità di tenere le MTB elettriche sotto il portico davanti all'ingresso, dove ci sono anche le prese elettriche per caricarle. Adriano è stato molto disponibile e pronto nelle risposte, ci ha anche fatto trovare uova fresche e mandarini delle sue piante. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo appena possibile!

We spent three weeks in August at Nino's beautiful place. The pictures don't do it justice, it was even nicer than we expected. Marmoreo itself is quite small but you can take numerous trips; we went to Castelvecchio, Toirano, Savona, Albenga, Pieve die Teco, Zuccarello, Laegueglia, Noli and many more. Villanova d'Albenga has everything you can need and is roughly 30 minutes away. We enjoyed the winding mountain routes a lot. Liguria and the beaches have been nothing but wonderful. As expected the weather was very hot but the fans in the house do help and there is a nice breeze on the beautiful terrace. One of our highlights was joining la fiesta del buon mangiare in Casanova Lerrone which also has a nice little café and a playground for our daughter. Nino was also very helpful when we encountered a little problem and helped us out. The house was spacious for our family of 5 with various places to sit inside and outside. Bathroom and kitchen are modern. We loved the antique feel!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Villa stupenda con terrazza da sogno affacciata sul mare. Posizione perfetta per varie escursioni e giri in mtb nella zona. Abbiamo percorso il sentiero fino a Noli, uscendo a piedi direttamente da casa. Eravamo in 8 adulti, 4 bambini piccoli e un cane. Spazio in abbondanza per tutti. Cucina fornitissima. Il mare è raggiungibile in 10-15 minuti a piedi. Massima flessibilità per check-in e check-out. In generale, super raccomandato

Wir haben perfekte Tage in Borganzo erlebt!! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ruhig, es ist super gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist ein Traum und der Pool ist einfach nur sensationell schön, ist sehr groß und hat auch eine sehr schöne Tiefe. (Von flach bis über 2m) Stefano hat das alles bestens gepflegt, hat immer sofort auf Anfragen von uns reagiert und ist dazu auch noch ein sehr sympathischer Mensch! Wir hoffen bald wieder nach Borganzo reisen zu können!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Absolute highest recommendation - thank you Franco & Paola for sharing your home with us.

Le Logement est dans un emplacement idéal ! Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et il y a la possibilité de faire le bruit que l'on souhaite ! La piscine est tous les jours nettoyée par David, et c'est une bonne chose! Mis à part quelques soucis logistiques, David a su y répondre à la minute et nous a toujours mis dans le meilleur confort possible ! Merci ! David a toujours été disponible! Petite note pour la sécurité, nous avions des enfants et on doit faire attention, car il n'y a pas de barrières, ce sont des cordes et la chute est possible. A noter, que les chambres ne sont pas toutes réunies, il y a 2 chambres, coupées du reste, au sous-sol. Donc il faut laisser la maison ouverte la nuit pour que les gens puissent aller aux toilettes. (ce serait bien de le stipuler) Si non, tout a été super !! Il a mis à disposition le charbon pour des grillades et du bois pour un feu sympa en soirée. Pour faire la fête c'est un endroit parfait que nous recommandons ! Merci pour les citrons :)

Stefania ist eine sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, wir wurden von ihr und Ihrem Mann freundlich empfangen und die Besonderheiten der Unterkunft wurden uns erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Siamo rimasti super entusiasti dell’alloggio, bellissimi spazi, ampi, luminosi, ben tenuti e posizione ottima per un weekend di relax fuori dalla città. Piscina e giardino fantastici, ottimi per godersi le giornate di sole. Antonella gentilissima e super disponibile. Ogni giorno ci ha fatto trovare la piscina pulita e dell’ottima focaccia fresca :)

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Le logement proposé par Daniele est très qualitatif. L environnement est d une extrême beauté, en plein des oliveraies. Le logement, très propre est spacieux, bien conçu, bien équipé. Tout est en parfait état et très confortable. Bref, je recommande absolument ce logement. La communication avec Daniele est simple et fluide, efficace. L alloggio proposto da Daniele è molto qualitativo. Il sito è di grande bellezza circondato dagli ulivi. La casa è molto pulita, spaziosa, ben concepita, ben attrezzata. Tutto è perfettamente trattenuto e molto confortevole. Insomma raccomando assolutamente questo alloggio. Per concludere, la comunicazione con Daniele è fluida, semplice ed efficiente.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der alten Ölmühle verbracht. Das Haus, der Garten und die gesamte Umgebung waren außerordentlich schön. Besonders hat uns die Nähe zum Ortskern von Ceriana gefallen, den man auf einem schönen Fußweg erreichen konnte. Dort konnte man die nötigsten Dinge in einem der beiden kleinen Supermärkte bekommen. Sehr gerne haben wir abends in einer der beiden Bars draußen gesessen und dem lebhaften Treiben rundherum zugesehen. Die Einheimischen waren unglaublich nett und zugänglich. Da die Temperaturen noch im mäßigen Bereich lagen, haben wir direkt vom Haus weg einige sehr schöne Radtouren unternommen. Die Straßen, die in die Berge führen, sind zwar eng, aber wenig befahren. Sicherlich ist das in der Hauptsaison anders. Es geht jedoch an sehr vielen Stellen steil bergauf und wer nicht absolut fit ist, dem sei ein E-Rad empfohlen. Wir konnten unsere im unteren Teil des Hauses sicher unterstellen.
