A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Our cottage "TERRACE ON THE PARK " is located in the green of carob, almond and olive trees in the most important and beautiful part of the archaeological park of Cava Ispica in Modica (RG). The structure dates back to the early years of the 900 (1926), meticulously restored preserving the style of the time. It consists of a large masonry kitchen, living room with sofa bed, pellet stove and TV, attic with two bedrooms, one double and one double with lounger.
