Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pigeon Forge

I will start saying that I will definitely stay again. The host was so nice, friendly and he replied to my messages so fast not even 30 mins later. The place OMG so beautiful like in the pictures. The price WORTH IT. 10/10 Definitely recommending the place to families and friends

Beautiful home very clean and comfortable we felt right at home, no problems all the entertaining was close by. We relaxed in the big back yard with hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. We will recommend to our family and friends.

Olga’s place was great to stay for a few nights. The location was nice but the driveway was a little hard to get into. I also was not aware that the pets were not allowed on the furniture before booking so that was definitely a struggle the entire time if you have pets that like to be right next to you! But I totally understand why. Other than that we had no other issues and I would recommend for anyone to stay!

Great place for a family. Extra roomy, with just enough privacy with kids. Went with my son's family of five, and no problems at all. I even stayed one day while the family was out, it was super comfy and peaceful. No close neighbors, super private and close and less than 2 minutes from Dollywood, and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitly book again. Great experience.

Absolutely LOVED the river and the beautiful sounds of the rippling rocks. The only downfall was the fact that neither the windows or the doors were screened so that you could hear it from inside the house. The reason I booked this is so I could open a window or door at night to hear it. Loved the back deck, it was so relaxing. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get to. The path along the river was very short, but provided great access to the river. If you like the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, this location is great. If you don’t, there are alternate routes that feature amazing scenery. Overall, this place was very nice and very responsive.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Miranda’s for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was warm and welcoming, and everything was squeaky clean, which is always appreciated after a day of travel. My daughter especially loved the thoughtful welcome note! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, we were able to walk right across the street to The Island for entertainment and plenty of restaurant options. It was perfect since I didn’t rent a car. Fantastic stay and Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! This is our second time staying here and we will be back again. We love the location and the condo is always clean and perfect for our family.

this home was beautiful and clean. my family and I felt right at home! the drive up wasn't too bad! the house was very spacious. Robert was very responsive, We had asked for a recommendations for places to eat and he gave us a list which we really enjoyed! highly recommend staying here!

The place felt extremely safe , comfortable & worth the cost! I wouldn’t count on walking to any activities but it’s about 5 minute drive away from the main strip in pigeon forge. About 15-20 min from gatlinburg. The hosts were extremely awesome. Responsive and provided lots of recommendations for the area. I loved the view from the building, as well as the private balcony. The bed was so comfortable! The bathtub in the room was such a great plus that sets this place different from the rest. The entire unit is just gorgeous. Parking was easy! Neither pool was crowded which I loved. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back! Thank you so much for this awesome stay.

Best most comfortable stay I have ever experienced! After staying for one week, we saw why Grant gets such high marks on his reviews. Would highly recommend and will definitely try to book again when visiting the area.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

We LOVED our stay! We were already looking at available dates for later in the year on our trip home. Space had everything we needed (be sure to bring shampoo/soap/etc). We felt right at home! Decor was so cute and cozy! Mattress was so comfy that I messaged to ask about what kind it was so that we could potentially buy one for home! Firm memory foam. We all (husband, son, and myself) slept like babies! Pools (indoor and outdoor) were great for our 8yo. We LOVE staying at this location when we come in specifically for Dollywood. We buy a day pass for the trolley and it’s the last stop (less than 2 minutes to Dollywood) on the way to Dollywood, and the 1st stop on the way back! Being this close is easy to come back home and rest during the day when the lines get too long (around 2:30-3), then head back around 5 when they start to die back down. Super close to tons of restaurants and fun things to do. We had no issues during our stay, and hope to be back very soon!

We had a fun long weekend in Gatlinburg and Chris's place was perfect for just the two of us. would stay again!
