Selbstverständlich haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Nespresso Kaffemaschine. Fernseher ist obligat und für die Analogen von euch steht eine Bibliothek zu Verfügung.

Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Those who need nature and peace love this place. The apartment is in the Five Lakes Country in a small Bavarian idyllic village. The property is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
