The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

A stylish, self-contained, studio apartment situated in a quiet, leafy, secluded spot right in the centre of Wolverton in Milton Keynes. Restaurants, takeaways, shops, buses and trains (direct to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London) are all within 5 minutes walk and central Milton Keynes is only 10 minutes drive away. The quaint market town of Stony Stratford is nearby and there are lovely walks by the canal, the river Ouse and the Ouse Valley park which are practically on the doorstep.

Penny Cottage

Penny cottage is the perfect setting for a quaint countryside visit. Situated on the border of Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire in Hanslope with great access to Silverstone. The Space The cottage has high beams and features comprising of; open lounge and dining area with sofa and dining room table, kitchen with use of coffee machine, a king size bed and separate office space. The bathroom, whilst less modern is fully functional. There is a garden and patio area with sofa chair.

The Barn in Towcester

A rural, rustic retreat conveniently located but away from the hustle and bustle. Accessed half a mile down a tree lined private driveway. Located 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes centre and main line station where London Euston is just half an hour away and Birmingham is around an hour. A 20 min drive to Silverstone, home to the British Grand Prix and Moto GP. The Barn also sits on the Grafton Way footpath between the Roman town of Towcester and the village of Potterspury.

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

The Annexe- private 1-bedroom with outdoor area

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The annexe is in the rural village of Hanslope. In between Milton Keynes and Northampton. It has great train links to London and a short distance from Silverstone. The annexe offers one double bedroom, a shower room and a living area. Whilst it comfortably sleeps two, it can accommodate up to four guests with a double sofa bed in the living area. Whilst there are coffee and tea facilities there is NOT a full kitchen.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
