Our stay at Courtyard Cottage was fantastic! Miki is an exceptional host, ensuring every need is met with warmth and care. The cottage feels like a true home away from home—well-equipped, cozy, and inviting. Highlights include a comfy bed with fresh linens, a spacious bathroom, a thoughtfully designed lounge, and a great work nook. But the real gem is the serene courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or dinner. Highly recommend this Airbnb and would gladly stay again!

This was one of my favourite Airbnbs. It had such a warm, homely feel to it. Without a doubt, it’s the most well-catered Airbnb in Durban. The host thought of everything and I mean everything. You can really tell that it’s hosted by someone who genuinely cares for their guests. There isn’t enough space in this review to list all the little touches that made the stay extra special. From the rusks to the juice provided by the host, every detail was thoughtful. I even asked David to print some past papers for me, which he kindly did out of the goodness of his heart. He is such a kind person and was always checking in to see if I needed anything. I also wanted to mention the interior — the pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Every piece seemed so well thought-out, which made sense when he mentioned that his wife, who decorated it, is a fashion designer. This home offered a perfect escape from the world, with beautiful scenic views from the bed overlooking both nature and the highway..

We had a great stay at Sibu’s cottage. We felt right at home for the duration and had a comfortable staycation. We definitely will be back 🙌🏽
