It is in the style of our Purple Perigord with its bricous and old stones. In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.

Located in a 19th-century house with a 5,000-m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90-m² self-contained accommodation unit in a wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15-m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11-m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180-cm bed), a 30-m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

Les Cabanes des Benauges – Mazerolle

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude.
