Villa holiday rentals in Pinezići

We had a wonderful holiday in the Harmony Villa. Everything was clean and as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped ( dishes, pots, salt, oil, etc. ) everything is sufficiently available. The view was amazing. Martin was always available and responded to messages immediately. We would book the place again anytime. Thank you for the wonderful holiday:)

Our stay at the villa was a very good experience. The villa was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the pool and the wonderful view. Thanks also to the host, who welcomed us warmly and introduced us to all the important details. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic house for 3 families. We were a group of 10 and it was great. The beach is about 10-15 minutes away. The beach is great, there are no crowds, so you can sit in the shade if someone wants, and then a gentle entrance to the water (stones or gravel). Two very good eateries on the beach - one more bar where you can drink something and have lunch or pancakes for children the other more as a place for dinner with fresh fish and seafood. Quiet neighborhood, no crowds, perfect place if someone wants to get away from the crowds like in resorts. Krk is about 10 minutes by car. There is parking for 3 cars, but you can also park on the street. The house was clean, very well equipped, the pool was great, the kids were crazy around the clock :) In every room, a TV with Netflix/hbo, etc., although we didn't use it ATV and scooter rental are about 10 minutes by car. On the beach you can rent kayaks, bikes, and sup boards (I recommend!). Thank you Goran!

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Great location to visit the rest of Istria; Pula, Rovinj, the more secluded east coast and the interior. There are outside seating areas to catch the sun at all hours of the day and a heated pool to relax in. Most of all the hosts are very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Will be back.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We spent 10 days at Villa Allegra together as a group of 5. It‘s a beautiful house in the heart of Krk. The beach and bigger cities are very close. We can recommend it very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't miss anything at Villa Ohana and Kristian was always available on site for any concerns. The house is very modern and looks inviting through the bright, playful and open furnishing style - perfect for young families, couples or good friends. The villa is located in Linardici, a small and quiet place from which the sea, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a break with their loved ones.

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well equipped and cozy. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Super host, clean place to stay in clean space. Were 3 couples, all enough space in living room and terrace. Both rooms on the 1st floor a bit too little storage space. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation with swimming pool, you were looked after twice a week. Lidija also takes care of the guests and asks if everything is okay. Always happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

We felt very well. The villa offers great pools, amenities, and amazing views on the bay. I recommend for young people who don't have a problem with a 7-minute walk to the sea. I'm worth the looks and the peace

Jelena and Ivo were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming on arrival and flexible with times. Jelena was very responsive, and gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and walking! The villa is gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the pools and the beautiful surroundings and views. The kitchen is fully equipped. We would love to come again. Thank you so much Jelena and Ivo!

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

The house is a dream. Quiet location, and everything very clean. The pool was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay after the wind had blown in some leaves. It's close to the beach, but a car is required. A few more tea towels would be nice, with one a two-week stay quite scarce :-) But a washing machine is available so that wasn't a big problem either. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend it here. It was very nice

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

Clear 5 stars... we were completely satisfied. The house is even nicer than the pictures and really well equipped. Dina is a very warm host and always available. The view from the terrace is a dream and if you like it rather quiet, you will love it there. We would rent this house again anytime. Thanks again for everything

Our family of five adults had a truly special stay at Villa Lanterna, creating magical memories to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. Marin and his lovely family were the perfect hosts from start to finish. The villa exceeded our expectations with ample room for everyone to have their own space. Spotlessly clean and tastefully, thoughtfully furnished with excellent facilities including a private pool, gym and games room. The villa was an oasis of calm with the vibrancy of Malinska’s harbour and restaurants and beach just five minutes away. Thankyou, Marin, Majda and Mauro - we hope to be back one day! ☀️

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
