Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Die Elbe und der Deich sind in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier erwartet dich ein richtiger Strand mit toller Gastronomie Ab ca. Mai bis Herbst. Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 1,6-2 km Entfernung sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein KFZ sinnvoll !

For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Beautiful two-room apartment just outside Hamburg. You can reach the city center of Hamburg in about half an hour by public transport. A bus stop is right outside the door. Halstenbek train station with free P+R parking is approx. 3 minutes away by car. The airport is about 20 minutes by car. Free parking for guests is right on the side street. You are welcome to park with us for unloading and loading.
