Maso Florindo is an ancient residence and barn dating back to the early 1800s; and, although many years have passed, in this corner of paradise Time seems to have stopped, perhaps to contemplate the splendor of the Presanella peak or the quiet of the large meadows that stretch out in front of the garden. From here, there are paths for quiet excursions. 5 minutes from the center of Vermiglio. 10 minutes from the center of Ossana. 10 minutes from the Tonale Pass slopes. 15 minutes from the Marilleva 900 ski lifts.

Chalet sul Rè - luxury apartment

The Rè is the small stream that flows along the entire lawn surrounding this beautiful mountain chalet. Entirely rebuilt from scratch in the 2000s, it enjoys a privileged position. It stands at the foot of the woods so that you can fully enjoy the tranquility of nature but is also incredibly close to the center of the village, reachable on foot in 2 minutes. 5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

Large 100 sqm apartment on the mezzanine floor (only 6 steps from the entrance). Great for any season, located in a quiet location and near the Sarca River. Some of the furniture was modernized in summer 2020. The apartment is about 200 meters from the Pinzolo cable cars, the center of Pinzolo is 700 meters away on foot in the summer. Madonna di Campiglio is only 12km away. The price includes consumption!
