Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Piratininga

It was a joy to be at Sérgio's house, a welcoming place with details that make all the difference, we literally felt at home and we are very grateful for that! Where love is placed, it is clear to perceive.

Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

I had a great stay. The loft is cozy, spacious and functional. It has a very good kitchen. I was very well served by Gilberto and Rodrigo.

Already my second stay in this Denise apt, I really like your hospitality, very helpful and attentive by message! It helped me even in other doubts about the city! The ap is very well clean and organized! There were several improvements since the other time I went, very well equipped! The building is also very safe and with 24h concierge! I walked quietly to the mall and other establishments! The only exception is that the night can be a bit noisy for those who have light sleep and is not very light (to study with books for example, force in view)! Other than that, I recommend to anyone, travel alone, in groups or families!

Very good stay

The location is perfect, there's everything nearby, from supermarket to restaurants and more. The apartment has necessary utensils, comfortable beds. Only the bathroom box that does not have a side of the door, hence the floor was all wet outside. Quiet and safe building.

I had a great experience at the stay! Julia was very polite and attentive. The house was clean and organized, with everything I needed to spend the days in peace. I went to Bauru for my son's appointment at Centrinho, and the accommodation perfectly met my needs. I recommend it!

Location: - Safe, Quiet, Silent - Nearby bakery, simple, but the best French bread in the region (brown and crunchy). - Flat streets, good for walking. - Close to the nerve center (bars, restaurants, shopping, markets, etc.), approximately 4km (Av Nações Unidas)
