We spent our vacation here as a family of 5 with a dog. We were exceptionally warmly welcomed and also looked after during the stay. Veronique and her husband had an open ear for all questions and immediately supported us. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished with a lot of heart. No wish is left unfulfilled! The garden is huge and very well maintained and beautiful, both the children and the dog were overjoyed!! We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation 100%!

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed, just the garden alone is worth it, we felt like royalty. Valérie was a gem, very responsive and we had such a great rapport when we met and chatted for a bit in person. Highly recommend!

This is the first time we've come here and we're very happy. The garden is so fenced in at the front and back that even our little dog couldn't find a way to escape. The location is great and the equipment absolutely sufficient, even if you cook a lot like we do. If we can, we will come back without hesitation.

A big thank you for this rejuvenating stay in Barneville-Carteret! The apartment was as advertised, clean, well-equipped and ideally located to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the area. Special mention for the kitchen: toaster, Nespresso machine, oven, and even egg cups! It's rare to find such a well-equipped accommodation, which really allows you to plan for a longer vacation. We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys made available for children. They had a great time, we felt like we were at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes made available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

A practical, well-equipped and soberly decorated accommodation, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

The address was a bit misleading the app said 46 and it is actually 50. However the decor, beautiful gardens and a very friendly local cat made the place a delight to stay in. A quirky property full of character.

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely house for a family holiday. The bedroom layout upstairs worked really well for us. The pool was a huge success for my children, the depth is the same throughout. Adults were able to touch the bottom easily. Pool area is spotless and great for relaxing after a day out. Peaceful and private. The garden isn’t quite as big as the photos but it’s a great size and we didn’t need it any bigger. Thierry is very responsive to any questions asked. Close to local town and supermarket was an easy 10min drive away. Loved the storks!

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

I'm not saying how much I liked it, because I wish I could go back. A very beautiful month of May, sunny, windy, a peninsula with beautiful coasts. I would gladly go back there with 5° more to enjoy the garden more. and to check that all the birds are still there!

We had a great time at Véronique's place. It's a quiet spot, perfect for a weekend getaway with a fireplace and a beautiful garden. I asked Véronique for some recommendations for a cider farm to visit and she gave us excellent advice. There's plenty of information on the region available in the cottage too (magazines, guidebooks etc.) I highly recommend!
