Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this property is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Aluminum dock, kayaks, canoe, SUP &paddleboat provided, as well as all linens, Beekman 1802 toiletries and well stocked kitchen.

IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Stay within the Adirondack Park in our comfortable, spacious, and newly updated home. Make NPT Pass your basecamp for all things outdoors. From Fall hikes, Winter snowmobiling & skiing, Spring and Summer kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and biking. This area will keep you busy! Or, just relax on our backyard patio and enjoy a cozy fire. This region of the Adirondack's has so much to offer. We have plenty of parking and lake access is just a short drive away. Enjoy what we have come to love!
