We offer you peace, quiet and a generous plot with a beautiful view in two adjacent stylish houses. In a larger house, built in the American colonial style, we rent a double room on the ground floor, the so-called "American room" with private bathroom and toilet. In a smaller, also stylish house, we offer accommodation in a small 2 + kk apartment "Niki" on the ground floor of the house. Both units can be rented at the same time or separately. The house also includes a private observatory. You can arrange observations with us (moon, planets ...).

Through the private entrance directly from the street you will get to your kingdom with a comfortable bed (180cm), a sofa bed (120cm), which can be used as another place to sleep. You can spend long hours watching O2 TV or playing board games. The window faces the road, but we have very good windows, so if you don't have the hearing of a lynx, you'll sleep peacefully even if there happens to be an outdoor concert in the pub across the street. The house is located in the village of Protivin nearby Pisek city and has many activities to offer for your holiday (bike trips, crocodiles zoo, ...)
