A holiday cottage on the top of the bay on the Orlka Dam near the village of Newiezice. Perfect for fishing, hiking, mushrooming and relaxing in the quiet outdoors. The property has a fire pit, BBQ grill, patio furniture and canyoning. The lower floor of the cottage has a toilet, a bathroom, a dining room with a living room and a fireplace with access to a terrace with a great view of the dam. In the loft is a room and a bedroom with a balcony. The castle of Orlik, Zvíkov and Žďákovské most is located in the vicinity.

We raise cows, sheep, bees, donkeys, rabbits. As we have small children ourselves, we offer a very baby friendly environment. You can also find us on echalups and IG Farm in Hronovce.

The cottage is located in the middle of nature and beatiful surroundings of a small village called Svaty Jan in the South Bohemia Region and near the famous tourist destination, Orlík Resorvoir. The cottage can be found at the end of the village with a spectacular view to nearby forests which can be reached by cycling, roller skating or walking.

Holidaymakers can use our pool, which is available to all guests and our family. Because we have three dogs that are very friendly to people, but we don't take guests with dogs like a pack.
