Thank you so much for your stay. Although it rained most of the weekend, we were able to come up with activities in the area, when it cleared up for a while, we used the fireplace and playground, we went for a walk. The children enjoyed the toys and animals. One evening the water stopped flowing, but the owners reacted quickly and we had hot water in a moment. The beds were very comfortable. The rooster was an interesting element in the morning =) Thank you!

We are a young family and we like to travel. The accommodation fully met our needs. Mr. Ladislav was very kind, friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay. The area is quiet but beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. Swimming pool was wonderfully warm. The kids had a good time. I did miss a coffee maker or Senseo. We therefore bought instant coffee and also left it for the next guest. Furthermore, the kitchen was complete.

Very quiet and beautiful environment. The cottage is suitable for multiple people. Capacity can only fit 2 cars to the cottage. It was enough for us, but for larger groups to take this into account. A very welcoming and helpful owner and a lot of fun in the form of boards, petang, badminton or cricket, and others. Anyone will choose. And who isn't who is sure to be in the magic cellar there:-) . There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, an outdoor fire pit, an indoor grill, and plenty of seating. Definitely recommend for me!

Beautiful cottage, very nicely renovated and stylishly furnished. Kamila is an excellent host, the house was fully equipped, we lacked nothing and everything was carefully cleaned and prepared for a pleasant stay. The surrounding area offers a number of hiking or cycling trips. There is a small shop and a restaurant next to the house. We'll be sure to come back. Thank you

Lovely place to stay for Christmas. Beautiful views to soak up the great weather. Our dogs loved the big garden. Plenty of nice walks nearby. Perfect location away from the craziness of Prague.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Easily one of the nicest places I have been to. real cozy village house out of a movie. Hana was lovely and helpful with everything. The place looked better than the photos and it was brand new!

Exactly as described and visible in the pictures. Perfect house with everything up to 14 people need. The amenities are above average. The layout of the rooms is perfect for us. Absolutely clean and you immediately feel comfortable. Fantastic garden, beautiful surroundings, pure nature. Super friendly host who responds quickly. Contactless check-in without any problems. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes. We will be back for sure and have already booked for next year! Thank you Michal!

We loved our stay at Martina’s place. It would be great if there was a lockbox for the key for easy and self access as well as checkout - but that’s a small improvement idea. Overall it’s a wonderful place - has everything you need and also perfect for the dogs.

We stayed at Michal's little cottage with our children aged 4 and 1 and it was perfect.

A great cottage with everything you need on vacation. Michal lives right in the annex, which did not disturb us as we still had our privacy. Pool was great and also the leisure facilities were used extensively by us, tennis, table tennis and billiards. Cities such as Tabor can be reached in about half an hour by car. The surroundings were quiet and we were able to relax well. BBQ in the evening was also great We'll happily come back anytime

A few minutes from Zvíkov, Orlík, Písek, Blatná, Vráže, and other beautiful places. Close to hiking trails. Beautiful private park.
