Sehr gepflegte und schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und einem riesigen, top gepflegtem Garten. Ein beheizter Pool ist frei zur Verwendung, Sauna und Whirlpool gegen einen zubuchbaren Aufpreis verfügbar. Die Gastgeber können wunderbar englisch, die Verständigung war völlig unproblematisch. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und mit viel Grün umrundet. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 100m Entfernung erreichbar, mit frischen Brötchen und allem was man braucht. Schnell ist man auch in den Nachbarorten, wo man sehr gut essen kann. Die Pension besitzt ebenfalls ein Restaurant das wochenends geöffnet ist. Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr leckeres Essen! Auf jeden Fall eine weitere Reise wert.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Holzofen macht das Wohnzimmer im Winter sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit Petr war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen Gartengrundstück und was sollen wir sagen? Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Selbst als mir beim Buchen ein Fehler unterlief, wurde mir prompt geholfen und auf mein Anliegen sofort eingegangen. Die Hütte ist komplett ausgestattet und es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht. Wir waren oft überrascht was für Ausstattung es gibt (z.B ein Optigrill, Bademäntel, Gewürze, usw) und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und uns wurde sofort geantwortet. Der Check-In und Check-out funktionierte auch reibungslos und einfach. Das war sicher nicht das letzte mal, dass wir dort waren! Kann man jeden empfehlen! Und wir sagen nochmal Danke für Alles.

Die Unterkunft war super und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und kommen gern wieder! Wir konnten den Pool nutzen und den großen schönen Garten.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's apartment as a family. Our son and our dog loved the spacious and beautiful garden and it kept them occupied quite easily. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather wasn't good enough for it to be prepared yet. Another great thing about the apartment was the well stocked kitchen. We had all the supplies to cook dinner with and we could've even baked a cake. Thanks for the great stay!

Všechno perfektní, ještě hezčí než na fotkách. Pan Jiří je milý a příjemný a vše nám ukázal i přes náš pozdní příjezd. Rády se vrátíme. Předčilo naše očekávání !

We spent our Christmas holiday at this lovely house and truly enjoyed the comfort and warmth it provided—it felt like home! The house was surprisingly well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare any meal with ease, and the entertainment areas catered to all ages, keeping everyone happy and engaged. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful, with beautiful nature perfect for hiking enthusiasts. While supermarkets were 20-30 minutes away, they were conveniently open every day, even during the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to visit nearby villages as we were entertained inside the house most of the time. The host was very supportive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s definitely a place we plan to return to! Just a heads-up: there are some extra charges explained in advance for using wood and energy, but they were clearly outlined and didn’t affect our wonderful experience.

Lukáš's accommodation was one of the absolute highlights of our family's 4-month trip around Europe. Having spent lots of time in cities, it was such a treat to spend time surrounded by nature and without any other people around. The nearby lakes were frozen, which was a novelty for this Australian family, and we loved the frost on the grass in the surrounding hills. The house is very cosy, thanks to heating and carpets, and has everything you need. Lukáš was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. We loved it our spontaneous New Year's Eve trip here!

We had a very lovely time there. Perfect place to get away from everyday life. The house has a very charming character and as soon as the heating oven does it's work, it turns into a very cosy atmosphere. I really enjoyed watching the sunsets from bed each evening. Our dog very much approved of the backyard as well :) Thanks again!

Tomáš ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter Kerl, die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Wer etwas Rustikales in einer ruhigen Gegend sucht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende. Klare Empfehlung!

we had an amazing weekend in this cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable cottage - seeing deers from the window and just walking out the gate for a nice hike in the snowy Sumava - perfect place to disconnect, read, spend quality time with loved ones.

Wir haben unser verlängertes Wochenende hier sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine sehr geschmackvolle Innenanrichtung und einen wunderschön angelegten Garten. Eine tolle ruhige Oase!

Krásné prostředí, čisté a účelně zařízené ubytování a velice přívětivá hostitelka, která se o nás postarala. Vřele doporučuji

Kouzelné místo na samotě u lesa s krásným výhledem a skvělým hostitelem! Cítili jsme se jako bychom byli na chalupě u babičky. Vstup od lesa jako z pohádky a výhled z terasy na louky a lesy. Vedle chalupy posezení s grilem a udírnou, jen koupací sud a saunu jsme prostě už nestihli využít. Za nás skvělé a hezky zařízené ubytování, kam se rádi vrátíme!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Cottage-Haus verbringen dürfen. Alles war in einem guten Zustand, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war sauber. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, wenn auch relativ abgelegen. Ein kleines, feines Schmuckstück.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour ! La possibilité de manger dehors à l’OL te, la table de ping pong, le linge de maison à provision et de grands lits pour chacun-chacune. La cuisine est assez minimaliste, pas de four notamment, il faut être créatif dans les m nus mais le BBQ est facile à utiliser. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la maison et des environs.

Our 2nd visit and we just love it! We could just stay the whole time in the beautiful house and garden, enjoying swings, slide, trampoline, barbecue, campfire, cats and all kinds of animals, exploring the woods that are right behind the house. But we also loved swimming at lake Orlik (15min) or going to Prague (1 hour). We didn't miss anything last time, but the Krups coffee machine (ready to go at our arrival) and the water filter have been very nice updates. Bethany is always nice and helpful, no matter the request. She even provided cat food for us because she knew we love their cats. Many convenient details, like soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher, more than enough towels, coffee beans, shoes for inside the house, fire going upon our arrival, comfortable beds... make the stay a great experience.

We loved our stay at Martina’s place. It would be great if there was a lockbox for the key for easy and self access as well as checkout - but that’s a small improvement idea. Overall it’s a wonderful place - has everything you need and also perfect for the dogs.

Děkujeme ještě jednou za možnost strávit týden v takové krásné oáze klidu! Velké díky hlavně za futon, měsíce jsem se takhle krásně nevyspala!! 🥹 Baráček kouzelný, všechno plně funkční, zahrádka jak z pohádky, při slunci i dešti! Ich kann jedem nur diese tolle Unterkunft und den tollen Gastgeber empfehlen. Er war immer erreichbar. Auf Probleme und Fragen sofort reagiert. Wir wollen diese Unterkunft sicher wieder besuchen kommen. Vielen Dank.

Tomáš‘ place is amazing if you wanna spend some time off grid in beautiful surroundings. For the price, we couldn’t have had a better experience. He is a very nice host, that gave clear instructions via messages beforehand. Just be aware that it is not so easily accessible due to a missing road (you have to drive over a narrow field road) and it has a very steep way down to the water.

Doporučuji. Oáza klidu, chata kompletně vybavená. Využili jsme i vyhřívaný bazén pár kroků od chaty. Komunikace s majitelem probíhala rychle a v přátelském duchu. Petr odpovídal pohotově a poslal kompletní informace včas před počátkem pobytu. Velice jsme uvítali možnost přizpůsobení času příjezdu i odjezdu. Rádi se sem vrátíme :)

We felt like at home. Our 1.5 year old loved all the toys and the yard. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also liked that one bedroom and the main bathroom were downstairs for those that have hard time with stairs. We contacted the hosts repeatedly and they immediately responded and were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, especially if you have small kids!
