Enjoy peace and quiet in a picturesque cottage in a South Bohemian village, located right on the bike path. There are a large number of forests in the area that lead to excursions.Chalupa has two gardens with outdoor seating, a sandpit for children, and where raspberries and blueberries grow. A big deal is a historic barn with seating for various celebrations. The cottage is decorated in a retro style with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and a folding sofa in the living room for two more guests. The renowned Inn u Jiskr is 5 minutes away by car.

Na Vejminku - South Bohemian Building

Embark on exploring South Bohemian nature and true relaxation. With a stay on Vejminku in Ořechovy courtyard, you'll find out that you've got to know the right walnut. Our century-old building has undergone a careful renovation and now provides a romantic retreat not only for couples but also for a family of four. A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

Holiday cottage with enclosed courtyard and garden

Quiet accommodation, stone cottage with enclosed yard and garden. Suitable for families with children, including pets. The original vaulted ceilings have been preserved, and all rooms have solid wooden floors. Two terraces and, in bad weather, outdoor barbecuing and a fire under the roof in the renovated barn, and in hot weather, an outdoor shower with water from the well. A toy room is available (also for adults). Possible to use the garden for camping or sleeping alfresco. We are not luxury, we are a cottage fine :-)

Chata Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Apartmán má k dispozici: velkou ložnicí se dvěma dvoulůžky, velkou obytnou kuchyň s jedním dvoulůžkem, krytou verandu a terasu, kompletní vybavení kuchyně včetně el. trouby a varné desky, mikrovlnné trouby, lednice, nádobí, vlastní koupelnu s vanou a WC. Do všech místností se vstupuje z haly, kudy prochází schodiště, které využívají hosté druhého podkrovního apartmánu. Apartmán není bezbariérový.

The apartment will breathe in a peaceful atmosphere. It is located in the center of South Bohemia (Vodňany/Protivín 5 min., Písek 15m, Strakonice 20m, České Budějovice 30 min.). Nearby you can visit unique cultural monuments (Lomec, Hluboká nad Vltavou, Holašovice, Kratochvíle, etc.) or just wander through the surrounding nature. The apartment is part of a rural stone building, it has its own entrance with a common garden.

Cosy tiny house in minimalistic Scandinavian style

The tiny house with a living area of 26 m2 is located on the edge of the property near our family home. The house was completed in 2019 in a minimalist Scandinavian "hygge" style where only natural materials are used. The goal is joyful and carefree living in harmony with nature. To encourage space for you to relax in nature and for your thoughts, the house does not provide TV.
