Nelle vicinanze inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi tra cui market, caratteristico mercato della frutta e del pesce, forni, negozi tipici, ristoranti, pizzerie e turist point.

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

La mia casetta, con ingresso indipendente, appena ristrutturata, arredata sapientemente e dotata di tutti i confort, è l'ideale per due ospiti che vorranno trascorrere una serena vacanza. È composta da una zona giorno con cucina completa e una zona notte con annesso bagno, separate da una porta a scrigno e 5 gradini. Entrambi gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di luminose aperture munite di zanzariere e persiane oscuranti.
