The house of about 80 sqm is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall from which you can access the living room with fireplace and the kitchen. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. One room offers the possibility to turn the double bed into two single beds. Those interested must inform in advance. The house has a private garden. The house is equipped with everything you need. The house has no common areas with other guests except the parking lot.

We are located in Casalguidi, 7 km from the highway. Private parking and courtyard, entrance with living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private equipped garden. The house is equipped with every comfort. In the vicinity of the apartment you can carry out various activities e.g. tennis courts, a riding school that organizes excursions, swimming pool (in summer), playground, market, pharmacy and more. We are at the foot of Monte Albano, famous for the San Baronto Pass, a destination for many cyclists.
