Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pistoia

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted, very easy to walk to from the airport, clean and tidy and a complimentary bottle of wine for when we arrived! Very good.

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Fantastische plek, rustig, mooi uitzicht. Toen wij er verbleven was het bijna 30 graden en we hadden weinig zin om naar Grassina te lopen om daar de bus naar Florence te pakken, maar qua afstand was het vast wel te doen. Desondanks hebben wij iedere keer de auto gepakt.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Soggiorno ben oltre le nostre (già alte!) aspettative! Emanuela ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi e ci siamo sentite subito a casa, la sua ospitalità da manuale ci ha davvero conquistate. È stata un’host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L’alloggio è una splendida tenuta immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, perfetto per chi cerca un’oasi di tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Le foto davvero non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto spaziosa , e al bellissimo giardino.

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Orlando was an amazing host, extremely welcoming and so knowledgeable! He gave us fantastic recommendations for places to go and was so responsive! The place itself was amazing: great location, clean and with all the necessary amenities. Greatly recommended!!

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

Auf unserer Reise in die Region Latium haben wir 2 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Valentina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat und ihr Haus mit viel Herzblut betreibt. Das freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal, das hervorragende Essen und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Zudem konnten wir bei den Abendessen aussergewöhnliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Umgebung sein, kommen wir gerne wieder! Danke, dass wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften! Jonny und Susanne sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben viel Herzblut in die Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses gesteckt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns ☺️ Abends kommen die Insekten, aber das ganze Haus hat Fliegengitter und draußen gibt es einen Verdampfer gegen Mücken, sodass man ohne Stiche die lauen Sommernächte draußen sitzen und die Glühwürmchen beobachten kann 🥰

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! Vi er lige kommet hjem efter at have boet hos Robert på "Il Gallo"i fem dage. Det har været et virkeligt skønt ophold i fantastisk smukke og hyggelige omgivelser og vi er blevet forkælet med dejlig morgenmad, gode råd om ture i nærområdet og mulighed for at slappe af og nyde roen på dette helt specielle sted. Vi giver både sted og vært vores bedste anbefalinger.

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around. Highly recommend anyone wanting to peaceful and relaxing place to stay with access to the many small towns in Toscana consider staying here. Grazie.

En tant que femme voyageant seule je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise chez Maurizio. Il est le meilleur hôte que j'ai pu avoir. À la fois bienveillant, drôle et discret il saura vous accueillir pour vous faire sentir comme à la maison. Il m'a même cuisiné un excellent plat typique de la Toscane un soir. J'ai particulièrement apprécié nos discussions et sa culture sur l'histoire de l'art ainsi que ses recommandations de restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est un peu éloigné du centre ville mais rien d'insurmontable grâce aux bus ou à une bonne marche ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et agréable. Je ne peux que recommander ce séjour qui ne pourra que rendre encore plus inoubliable votre visite à Florence, merci Maurizio !
