Everything was great except that the water went out in the building on our last day. Was not the host’s fault. He was proactive in responding and was able to provide a solution. The views to the beach was nice from the location.

We had a fabulous time in Puerto Rico. Our first time visiting. We went for a wedding on July 6, 2024. And, this location was perfect for us! Overall this place was all 5 star ratings, this place was very clean and up to date. The Host was phenomenal, she didn't get back to us right away when I needed answers but she made sure she gets back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place for stay if you're in the area. You may pull-up and think you are in the wrong place by looking at the surrounding but you're not. This Airbnb has a electric gate that open and close...I felt safe at night and it was quiet. I will stay here again.

I just want to start off by saying thankyou to Jose for opening his doors to us, it was amazing place real easy to get in and out, by far one of the best places I ever stay in !! What an amazing time everybody was so helpful inside the location and outside but man what a beautiful place and so comfortable to be in again Jose thankyou so much for everything !!!!

My stay at Daniel’s place was perfect for what I needed - a quiet and peaceful place to rest after a day of exploring El Yunque rainforest and the town of Luquillo. I really have no complaints. The place was super clean and had the amenities I needed. There was a horse grazing right outside my window and chickens to wake me up. I felt very safe traveling as a solo woman. Daniel’s communication was on point and he even offered local recommendations based off of my preferences and interests. Local gorgeous beaches, trail heads to El Yunque and nightlife in town were all within a 15 minute drive. I will definitely be back and will bring some friends along. The place is absolutely perfect for four people. Thank you Daniel for my awesome stay.

Loved the stay. A group of 6 stayed in Joanne’s place and let’s just say we had an amazing time. Any issues or concern I always had a response right away . Perfect area right by the beach and restaurants. We had a lot of supplies like shampoo and conditioner and towels and beach supplies given to us .Definitely going to book again.

We had a great stay at joanne’s place! Upon arrival, everything was neat, we had towels available as well as a cooler and beach chairs which came in handy. The area was quiet, close to the beach and el Yunque and we had plenty of activities around the area to do, as well as a pharmacy close by in case you needed to buy any last minute items. Will definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was, nice, decent size, clean, and had everything we need (cooking utensils, towels, beach chairs, wifi, laundry washer and dryer, parking). The location was great, not a far drive to hiking, kayaking, utv riding, beach, all kinds of outdoor adventures. It is close to a grocery store as well. The host, Yamal, is great. Any questions I asked him (through the Airbnb app) were answered clearly and immediately. I would recommend this place to any family visiting Puerto Rico. Any downside? The shower water takes a long time to get warm and never gets actually hot, but honestly it’s fine. Nothing to worry about.

Absolutely loved our stay! Within walking distance to sandy Hills beach and La Pared. Milena did a great job communicating with us and answering any questions we had. Very clear instructions to enter the building and how to leave it upon our departure. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, simple, and had such a homey feeling to it! It made me want to live there forever. We definitely plan on staying there again next time we’re in Puerto Rico. Thanks again Milena!

The whole place was cleaned beautifully. You could tell right when u walked in that everything was clean. Everything was as expected it is a great place to have as a home base when you want to spend time relaxing at the beach.

It's a beautiful place, well maintained and clean. It's quiet and communication with Michelle is excellent. She is very attentive and answers all questions before and after check-in. The location of the place is perfect for everything. You have a beach, places to eat, and activities to do with the family nearby. It's an excellent place. 100% recommended

Great location, actual apartment is stunning and host is extremely good at communicating. When we had a small issue it was quickly resolved. Thank you for the great stay!

Apartment was bigger than I expected, two beds as soon as you walk in and the kitchen + dining table are past the bathroom. The place is side by side to two other stays so the backyard is for all three places to use. Didn’t go in the jacuzzi but the backyard fence was a little bit more open than expected. This place is really close to everything I wanted to see, the drive to the ferry was about 20 minutes. There are two AC’s in this unit, one near the beds and another near the kitchen. Really nice place that has everything you will need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 2 story apartment, spacious and felt comfortable for an extended stay with my family of 5. We’re there during an island wide blackout and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had ac. Very clean and the apartment complex is gated. We were surprised to see snacks and enough food to get us through our first day. We also appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. The area is very nice. Some of the buildings in the neighborhood seemed to have never recovered from the hurricanes. The beach is a block away and is gorgeous and lush. I felt never felt unsafe in this area, and walked the area multiple times alone. There’s a nice bakery nearby.

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

excellent place, spacious, beautiful, well equipped, clean and central. close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, there you will find everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. and Ginangely is an excellent host. I'll definitely be back.
