Holiday rentals with a pool in Pitahaya

Had a great weekend with the family. The place was super peaceful and private. A lot of space for the kids to play. We had a power outage on the island this weekend and the house was super prepared for that. Super fun, and comfortable for families.

This stay was great! Perfect for a group with community center for the kiddos! The Horst was quick and responsive! Definitely recommend!

The Jacuzzi was definitely a perk at the end of a long day. Very relaxing. The house was clean and smelled wonderfully. The AC worked great. Teisa had snacks, towels, a bag, chairs, and sun block for our use. We had absolutely no issues. We would definitely stay again when visiting the island.

Book this immediately if it's available. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever rented. Incredible view, amazing host, wonderful home. Felt more like staying at a friend's vacation home than a rental. Kitchen was generously stocked. Pool was incredible! House has a few quirks and a little deferred maintenance but nothing serious enough to detract from the stay. Biggest negative is the double entry security gates and that Sharon has to be able to buzz you in... she yet she was always ready to do so, even at some unintentionally late hours. She's incredibly responsive and helpful, and even just nice to talk to.

The neighborhood was beautiful and felt super safe. The view was very nice. We had some trouble with the pool upon arrival, Nicole and Rose addressed the issue and had it fixed up in no time. They even had the pool serviced a day early. Overall we had a very nice stay. The location is very convenient, we were a short and easy drive away from the rainforest, the beaches, and our favorite spot the kiosks.

We enjoyed our stay here and felt very safe in the neighborhood. If you are traveling with young kids, the house is perfect - they had a pack and play set up (I asked ahead of time), and they also have a kids table, kids plates/cups, and some toys. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (there were 8 of us in total). We loved being a short drive away from the beach and kiosks. One tip (unrelated to the home) - if you are visiting El Yunque, check your GPS route before driving to make sure it takes you on to Route 3 first. Our GPS took us through back roads only, which were VERY narrow (for 2 way traffic) and were nerve wracking to drive through if you’re not used to that. Going back home, we took Route 3 and felt much more confident taking those roads. Again, nothing to do with the house itself (house was great!), just a heads up regarding driving directions if you’re headed to the rainforest.

From booking to checkout, Connie was amazing. She sent us several suggestions for coffee shops, excursions and restaurants. The house was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook, she provided beach towels which was so helpful and the home is gorgeous. The views from the pool are breathtaking, the photos in the listing didn’t do it justice!!! Such a perfect vacation home!

what can i say about this place! i am lost for words. my time here was everything that i could want for my vacation. the home is beautiful! just like the pictures. the view is spectacular. the living room/couch was comfortable. trust me that couch after a long day of exploring is going to be everything you wish for 😂. the AC is BUSSSSSIN gets super cold. the kitchen has everything you need. coffee maker, pots, plates, cups. seasonings! the bed room omg. the bed was super comfortable the ac is right next to the bed to keep you nice and cool at night. all you hear is the waves. the bathroom was nice, the only is the water does not get hot at all but honestly after being in the hot puerto rican sun that cool water is going to feel like heaven. our host was perfect. i ended up losing the keys the first night and he drove 50 minutes just to open the doors for us. he recommend some really cool places & was super friendly & inviting. rent a car cause the location is about 30-40 mins out!

My fiancé and I stayed 2 weeks here and it was amazing! The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed!! We made lunches in the kitchen and walked into town for dinner ( we tried it all and it was all so good!! ) the hammock was a major plus to add to relaxation and we slept so easy to sounds of the ocean ! As far as the building itself it’s older and a little tired ( part of being so close to the ocean and going through extreme weather I’d suppose) but there are people constantly working to take care of it best they can , sweeping and mopping common areas , Painting, they even got a new elevator while we were there! We felt safe and happy and could feel the love the locals have for their home and land . The people were all friendly and the view from the patio is beyond words, endless ocean and the Reserve close by kept us out there most of the time just marveling!! Add the miles of walkable beach in, and this place literally offers it all!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was great. All of the amenities listed were as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The days we were there we had some clouds and rain therefore the pool felt a bit cold and the jacuzzi did not have hot water. This is more on the maintenance of the building i belive not the host. It would have been nice but the view made up for it 1000%. The apartment was nice, had plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, really nice balcony to enjoy the views and amazing breeze. PR lost power for several hours and Tania reached out to us immediately to give us additional instructions to navigate the situation. Luckily, the complex has generators so literally other than a quick flicker of the lights its all we noticed. Everything worked in the apartment as if nothing was happening. This was a PLUS! The apartment has everything you need to stay in or to go out from chairs, coolers, toys for the beach or pool! Really loved our stay. Great location to everything you need to do in PR.

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

It’s an excellent place to stay and connect with the beach and nature. The apartment is very beautiful, modern, comfortable, and breezy. It’s very well located—I was able to get to Fajardo and Naguabo in less than half an hour. The hosts are very attentive and willing to help with anything you might need. The apartment comes equipped with a cooler, beach chair, and umbrella.

We had a great stay! I came with my husband and 2 adult children for a wedding in Rio Grande and staying at Yohany’s place was just right. It was about 45min. from the San Juan airport, close to the wedding venue and easy access to highway 3 which took you to many restaurants, local towns, beaches, rainforest and more. We came the day of the massive blackout but Yohany communicated and reassured us through text that the place had electricity because the condo complex had generators. She also called later that night to make sure all was ok. Her place was just as stated. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and organized. There was a beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was also a plus as well as the elevator. I had knee replacement surgery a few months before so the elevator came in handy. I would surely stay here again. I highly recommend.Thank-you Yohany for being a great host

All I can say is WOW! There are no words to describe the view and the feeling of being out in that balcony. Even if the apartment wasn't good, the view is worth everything. However, it's a double win because the apartment is GREAT. It's super clean with a large tv and has everything you might possibly need available to you. Rooms are comfortable and the ACs cool rooms quickly so that you're never hot. Truly loved my stay; unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Katherine’s. Perfect location - right on the beach, quick access to coffee shops, good restaurants, with miles of beach to walk or to enjoy watching surfers and family swimming. The apartment was very clean and had thoughtful amenities that we really appreciated. We would love to stay again!
