Waterfront holiday rentals in Pitahaya

Had an amazing stay! Was kept very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and anything you could think of was provided. Host was super friendly and helpful! 100% would recommend

Stayed one day between Vieques ferry and airport. It was a perfect spot to visit Luquillo beach and just unwind before flying home. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Mark shared very detailed instructions and tips for the area.

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

Elise was an amazing host. Alex was incredibly helpful as well. This view is even better than the pictures. The beach wasn’t overcrowded at all. It was fun playing in the waves on this part of the beach. So many restaurants to choose from that are in walking distance. The Puerto Rican rum shot in the fridge was such a nice touch. I will definitely be back one day soon :)

We had a great stay at joanne’s place! Upon arrival, everything was neat, we had towels available as well as a cooler and beach chairs which came in handy. The area was quiet, close to the beach and el Yunque and we had plenty of activities around the area to do, as well as a pharmacy close by in case you needed to buy any last minute items. Will definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!!

The accommodation is located right on the beach, so the view from the balcony is fantastic. You can sit for hours, admire the scenery, and listen to the waves. The restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Anderson responded quickly and was very helpful. There are a few things that could be updated in the apartment, but overall, it's a good choice if you're traveling to Luquillo.

We stayed at Eric and Marilyn’s place in Luquillo from May 21–29 and had an amazing experience. The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed—and more! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beach gear (towels, chairs, cooler, toys) was a huge plus, and the A/C in the bedrooms made it super comfortable after long, hot days. We felt safe in the gated community and loved the walkable location and pool access. Eric and Marilyn were very communicative and kind. Highly recommend—we’d definitely stay again!

Very nice and homey stay. Rooms were quite spacious which was nice since we had little kids with us we were able to use their air mattress for additional sleeping area. Also loved that they had beach chairs a wagon even a stroller to use.

It was absolutely beautiful out there and the house we stayed at was perfect for my family. Walking distance from the beach and fun attractions. We definitely will use Alejandro for any future trips to PR.

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

Everything was just about perfect, just like the previous time in the summer of 2023, with the exception of the failure of the water heater. Everything else was as good as advertised. We will be returning next year with our grandchildren again.

This BNB went above expectations, all the extra accommodations from in person walkthrough check in, to extra amenities in the home (beach accessories, first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, detergent, kids toys, pool access, etc.) all was appreciated and needed for a relaxing getaway. The check in process was very thorough, and made us not only feel at home but gave us the ability to function as locals at the beach and know our way around the neighborhood. Security was friendly, and attentive. House was very clean, as well as linens, beach towels, bathrooms, toiletries, etc. would definitely stay again! Walking distance from grocery, bakery, drinks, fresh food, and the kiosks. Super quiet and comfy neighborhood, Great family vacation! You can tell the property management is top level, thank you again will definitely be back again soon!

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

She reached out to us ahead of time and kept us informed, even offering early check-in as soon as the previous guests checked out. Throughout our stay, she was extremely responsive—she even brought us batteries for the remote in less than an hour after we requested them! The parking was convenient, and the security staff was friendly and welcoming. We had absolutely no complaints—this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in Puerto Rico!

Loved this listing, was worth every penny, we definitely will be staying here again when coming to the island!

My party/family of 6 really enjoyed this space. The 3 full bathrooms helped cut time down getting ready after the beach. The views are spectacular, honestly I don’t think the pics in her add really show how beautiful it is, and having the sliders open all day and night , feeling the sea breeze and hearing the waves crash, is something I’ll miss the most. The location is perfect for any excursion in the east coast or day trip to San Juan. About 15-30 mins drive. Plenty of food options in area too and a grocery store, besides the kiosks .One thing I wished she had in her ad is, she has a whole closet of beach stuff for you to use(beach chairs, towels, umbrella,coolers and more). I will add tho, if your a person who likes the finer things in life, or 4 or 5 star resorts, this might not be the place for you. The years of wear and tare from being so close to the beach really show on this property. However, I still feel offers a lot of bang for your buck.

what can i say about this place! i am lost for words. my time here was everything that i could want for my vacation. the home is beautiful! just like the pictures. the view is spectacular. the living room/couch was comfortable. trust me that couch after a long day of exploring is going to be everything you wish for 😂. the AC is BUSSSSSIN gets super cold. the kitchen has everything you need. coffee maker, pots, plates, cups. seasonings! the bed room omg. the bed was super comfortable the ac is right next to the bed to keep you nice and cool at night. all you hear is the waves. the bathroom was nice, the only is the water does not get hot at all but honestly after being in the hot puerto rican sun that cool water is going to feel like heaven. our host was perfect. i ended up losing the keys the first night and he drove 50 minutes just to open the doors for us. he recommend some really cool places & was super friendly & inviting. rent a car cause the location is about 30-40 mins out!

The place was nice, beautiful views, convient to Fajardo, and easy drive to San Juan. Ruthy was great with recommendations and quick to respond, when we have questions.

great stay,elevators off and on,but the whole island was without power.other than that, everything was great

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.
