The apartment has a very good location. It is beachfront and the place is very quiet.

Absolutely impeccable! Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The space is very organized and has all the necessary items for a great stay! My husband, my pet and I loved the place, we had a barbecue and made good use of the beach, which is very close. I hope to return to space soon.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

An excellent accommodation option, this home in the sand provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The stairs were easy to face, allowing easy access. With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

Huge house, with 4 suites, it was very comfortable. A market is 1 minute from the house, a wholesaler, with great prices. I will be back for sure!

We loved Luciana's house, well located , close to the beach as described in the advertisement, clean and organized house, a care at home corner of the house , all equipped with barbecue, a bathroom and a half , two bedrooms, kitchen and living room , with two televisions, super fast internet, thank you very much we hope to return as soon as possible ❤️

Paulo is a great host and makes you feel literally at home. It was a great choice to enjoy the holiday with the family, the beach is super close and the house still has all the necessary facildades.

I spent the holiday with my family and the experience was great! The house is even more beautiful in person, super comfortable and spacious! Great location, about 3/4 minutes walking to the beach and to the nearest market, 25 minutes walking to the center, we hardly used the car. And Cilene was very kind, welcomed us very well and helped us a lot making the stay even more enjoyable!! for sure we will come back more often💓

Great value for money. João is always very cordial and receptive, always responding quickly and willing to understand what we needed. The house was very organized and clean, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops. The beach itself is great, lots of families and it's not crowded. The differential was definitely the flexibility and check-in time and the suites, which were very spacious. We felt at home and we definitely intend to return at the next opportunity.
