The building is very safe and is in a great location. The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped and has an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The host is also extremely helpful and genuinely strives to make our experience the best possible.

The place is exactly like in the pictures, you can do everything on foot. Comfortable bed, new kitchen utensils. Easy access with digital lock. The window is very large, I think it could have a thin curtain, so it would be a better privacy, since in the front there is the back of another apartment and the bathroom sink outlet is under the sink, a little bad to use, even though it did not enter the drying outlet, it needs an adapter. Outside these details, we love the apê, we will be back for sure.

Mario's 16th floor home has an unobstructed 180 degree view of the beach and coastline, it is amazing and beautiful...!! I enjoyed all the space of the unit. The location is steps from the sand and close to two markets, many eateries and restaurants. You can take a short walk up the coast and see para-gliders from a beautiful vista point. It is a really wonderful place to stay.

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.
