The Flat was impeccable, is well located one block from the beach, we do not use the car for nothing, everything very close, market, pharmacy, shopping (everything) . Super recommend

Host is very polite and thoughtful. Mr. Antônio received us very well, always helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with everything close by: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy… very convenient! The only point that deserves attention are the elevators and the process for removing the car from the parking lot at the time of departure. But I believe that this is due to the great movement due to the national holiday. Overall, the place fulfills what it promises and is really worth it!

Wonderful experience, we were in 4 people and the flat served us perfectly with great comfort…Just as in the photos and descriptions, close to the beach and the building has a wonderful condominium with swimming pools and full leisure area, also has beach service and a restaurant in the building that made our stay very much easier, I highly recommend and would return!!!

I loved the apartment, super airy, wonderful view, on the street everything is affordable, restaurants, markets, kiosks, mall, pleasant environment, clean beds, clean pillows, working air conditioning, impeccable room service. The apartment is very well located, it has a beautiful view of the sea. The space is very well used, it was very tidy, everything working perfectly.

The apartment corresponds to the photos, everything needed to cook, the view from the balcony is amazing, and communication was quick and easy. I already knew the condominium and whenever I can stay there. It is very quiet to sleep, as it is high floor and the mattress is very nice. District areas good for tour and close to all amenities.

The stay was simply perfect. The kitchen is super complete, with utensils and equipment that go beyond the basics, including coffee, salt, oil and other cooking items. The space is very well planned and ideal for couples on romantic trips. The hot tub is wonderful, very cozy and relaxing. The location is also great: the region conveys safety for walking tours, it is only 4 minutes walk from São Vicente beach and about 15 minutes drive from Boqueirão, in Santos. Simply impeccable, there is nothing negative to point out.

The apartment is a delight, spacious for 1 couple. The view from the balcony is wonderful facing the sea. Comfortable bed, bath with delicious water pressure. I even think the photos don't show everything good about the apartment. Secure building with gate 24 hours. Parking via valet. Super recommend the stay.

Place with great location, everything close. Everything was clean and well organized. The Host has helped us with what we need. We had problems with the elevator. We were on the 15th floor and several times we had to go down the stairs because there was only one elevator working and it was very small, so it took a long time to get into the elevator. Outside all that's great

Apartment between the beach and the main avenue of the city. It was all tidy and clean. Wendel always responded very quickly, and was very requested, left some drinks in the fridge for us. The apartment has great windows (which are filmed, so those on the outside do not see inside the apartment) and contain a protective screen, for me it was a relevant point because I took a dog and he reached the window. I only have to thank you for hosting!
