A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

10 minutes from central Skellefteå in Boviksbadet, you will find peace and quiet, forest and nature. The cottage is 35 square meters with a double bed, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. Access to crib, high chair, broadband and 42-inch TV with HDMI cable. Sea view from the kitchen window and outside the door, a private terrace. On the plot, there is a wood-fired sauna that you can use for a fee. There has never been any smoking or pets in the house, allergy-friendly. Our cottage is located on the edge of the forest, directly by the sea, in the small holiday home area of Hällskatan, south of Jävre. From the cottage and the large balcony, you have a lovely view over the water.
