It is divided into two floors: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, and a spacious garden. The villa is ideal for families or friends who want to have a relaxing holiday in Pittulongu. It is also located 200 metres from the bus stop, where you could reach the city of Olbia in 10 minutes.

There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Just outside the popular holiday resort of Pittulongu, in the holiday complex Belvedere, you will find Villetta Nicola, a wonderful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home has a comfortable living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
