Lovely apartment, great location.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Beautiful view and beautiful beaches nearby

Very spacious and beautifully cut apartment. The accommodation is bright, modern and you can enjoy a wonderful view. Angela was not only very friendly, she also responded to us very quickly and immediately took care of our concerns. Many thanks for this!

Fabio was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information in advance. The apartment was as described and there was realy everything available you could possibly need. Murta Maria is a very quiet place. So without a car there is not much you can do. I was there with my dog and for calming down and walking around it was great. Nice nature to see. My favourite place was porto istana beach (30 minutes walk).

We had a nice vacation in Cristiano's accommodation. Everything went smoothly. Great location, nice accommodation at an absolutely fair price. We will be back :)

Amazing Location, Fantastic Host, Perfect Stay! We had an incredible stay at Anastasia's apartment! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a short walk to shop, the best beaches, and wonderful restaurants in Pittulongu. Anastasia was a phenomenal host, always quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself is really well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot days. There’s no Wi-Fi, but honestly, who needs it when you're on vacation? It gave us the chance to disconnect and fully enjoy the stunning surroundings. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing, hassle-free holiday! Would definitely come back.

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Enrico's apartment is in a great location, 50 meters from the beach and 3 meters from a great restaurant. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach (a big advantage with children!) you can park the car in the garden. The furniture is new and the bedding is top notch. I would highly recommend it!

Matteo’s place was fantastic for our weeks stay in Sardinia! The location was great, we were within walking distance of some very nice beaches and a small drive away from some others, along with the centre of Olbia. The flat was very clean and very well kitted out, and also had a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Had a memorable stay! The apartment is spotless with a beautiful garden area to spend beautiful summer evenings. You can see the sea from the apartment. The setting is very peaceful. The beach is a 5 min walk and other beaches are also within walking distance. The host is remarkably kind, right away you feel at home. She is very welcoming - welcomed us with beer and figs picked from the garden - and was available to us as part of the rental and beyond. Would stay there again! Thank you

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It is perfect as you wish. Very easy communication, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very beautiful beaches within 15-30 minutes. Everything else you need is in the immediate vicinity. We felt at home from day one. Simply perfect. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with a partial view of the port (but which was not important to us) with a large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!
