Villa holiday rentals in Pješčana Uvala

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

We were visiting with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, lawn, trees and the grill. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can simply drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends! The house is great and everything went smoothly. The beach was 15 minutes by car, as was the town of Pula for a day trip. We can only recommend it.

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

Modern house. Close to the beach. Each room has a bathroom. The advantage is the pool and the roofed terrace by the pool and by the grill. Spacious roofed parking.

The villa was really great, as on the pictures, nothing was missing. The pool was great nice and big and it also had a lounging area to relax

Nice place, easy communication, highly recommended

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

The place is super nicely decorated and exceeded our expectations. With a gym, pool table, foosball and dart, the accommodation had the right replacement program for the pool even in bad weather. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The villa offers pretty much everything you need. The cleaning lady did a very good job the place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool is simply great. My kids had almost more fun by the pool than in the sea😆. There are plenty of dishes etc. of everything. Of course, the modern villa also installed an air conditioner in every room, so we didn't have to sweat. I have been visiting the region for years but honestly say we found nothing comparable in quality until now. The house is perfect and we will definitely be back.

Check-in was super easy and very quick. Nikola welcomed us very warmly and showed us the whole house. The house is very large and spacious with enough space to store everything. The kitchen and its equipment are extremely high quality, and the best I've seen on Airbnb vacations so far. The three large bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom with very good amenities, were definitely a plus. The best part of the house, however, is the large terrace with pool. The tiles were not hot despite permanent sunshine and the pool was clean and of high quality. All in all, it was a very nice vacation and I highly recommend this place.

We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing vacation. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs could jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

we spent a family vacation in Elvis' villa (two adults and three children) and we had a great time, the description and photos correspond to what we found, Elvis and his wife were very nice and helpful, we recommend both the villa and the area.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

We had a great stay in the villa, everything you need is there. Very clean and well furnished. The hosts were also very friendly and easy to contact.
