Monthly Rentals in Placentia

Great deal for a long-term stay. Had to extend last minute and Laura was too kind to accommodate our request. She was very friendly and responsive too! Neighborhood is private and peaceful, it felt right at home. Unit was really cozy and we love that we are able to use the garage as most rentals we’ve seen don’t allow such. We enjoyed the private patio as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

Loved staying at Trinh's place! Great location! Loved it so much we are booking a year in advance for our team again. We went to LA for an Expo and it was close enough to Anaheim that it didn't feel like I was driving for hours each day! The kitchen setup is my dream. 5 rooms with proper beds and the master bedroom was really nice with it's own bathroom. 5 minutes from any shops. All good things to say about this airbnb. Although the place is in an alley entrance and the previous renters broke the gate latch. This was a nice place to stay. If you need to communicate with anyone here they respond very quick. Once inside you have a nice cozy one bedroom unit. I recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay. There's a restaurant called El Farolito about 5 minutes walk. Great little walk. Again, this team works great together. Hope you enjoy your stay like I did.

Shirley and Alex were wonderful hosts. I honestly surprised why this place does not have a lot of reviews because it feels like a home away from home. Alex made me feel comfortable and was always attentive to my needs. Check-in was a breeze, neighborhood is peaceful, overall, I had a great stay. Will definitely book again when I am in California.
