The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Located in a quiet condominium, on the 2nd floor with elevator, you will appreciate all the comfort at your disposal, as well as the large balcony of 18 m2 south/west in a quiet area.

Apartment with very nice sea view, cozy, refurbished, located next to the Casino. Ideally located, close to Benoit beach, shops nearby (proxi). Ideal apartment for 2 couples (1 bed in the bedroom in 160) and very good sofa bed, on site an extra camp bed (max child 12 years old). Bathroom with a nice shower. "ATTENTION" Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent from my concierge. My place is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The residence is located near shops and restaurants, and two grains of sand from the ocean. The terrace offers you a haven of peace even in high season: overlooking the park and the palm trees, you will only hear the singing of the birds.
