The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Tennis club, Centre équestre et mini golf sont à 5 min. La villa de 100m2 est composée de 4 chambres (2lits 180x200 et 1lit 160x200), 2 WC indépendants, répartis sur 2 étages. Thalasso, Casino, Jet ski, Equestrian center nearby. Guérande, Le Croisic located 8 km away will delight you too. La Brière, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan will not be left behind with their charming asset.

Ideal apartment for 2 couples (1 bed in the bedroom in 160) and very good sofa bed, on site an extra camp bed (max child 12 years old). Bathroom with a nice shower. "ATTENTION" Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent from my concierge. My place is not suitable for people with disabilities.
