There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.

The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Push the door open: “Wow, what a view!”. The apartment is atypical and offers an exceptional view of lake Annecy. Cross the road and you will find your feet in the water at the edge of the building's private beach. Can't get enough of the view! The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the center of Annecy. Please note: - The road can be noisy when there is traffic. One of the bedroom is on the road side. We advise to book the apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Antoine and Magali are charming and give you good advice throughout the stay, the studio is perfectly functional with all the necessary amenities. Our stay at Panorama du lac was absolutely phenomenal. We felt right at home and enjoyed our walks up and down to the bus stop. Although a car would have made our stay easier we enjoyed the daily walks to and from Menthon Saint Bernard village and the beach. The 20 bus was easy to get into old town Annecy. Would recommended this stay to anyone and would love to come back here one day. What a beautiful place in the world. So lucky to have enjoyed our time in Annecy so much.

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it
