Beachfront holiday rental in Plage de Saint-Aygulf

We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Cute place in a great location with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. It's on the 6th floor so there's little noise on the street. Just behind the train, it doesn't bother you. The beaches in front of the house were not yet equipped but in the house we found umbrella and mats that were useful to us. Comfortable bed, sofa bed too, maybe more than the bed. Despite being small there is enough space.

The stay was very good. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped and looks like on the picture. The parking is accessible from the elevators in the building, which is great. The parking space is quite narrow but we still could fit in our normal sized SUV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back :)

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location is absolutely TOP! You are right on the beach (the sea is wonderful there!) and at the surrounding markets we could buy wonderful ingredients to cook ourselves in between. The communication with Yaëlle went perfectly and she welcomed us very nicely. We will be happy to come back.

This is a pearl! And honestly, we really didn't want to leave and that says enough. The accommodation is located on a closed site, where only the residents can enter through a gate. The apartment is exactly as described and the tranquility of the rippling water in the pool makes you feel like you are the world. Wonderful! The swimming pool is only for the owners and you as a tenant. Catherine and her daughter do everything to make you feel at home, while respecting your privacy. Really an example of how great that can be. Spacious, quiet and enjoyable. Super!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Roberto's house is highly recommended, it was like being at our house!! We enjoyed the breathtaking view, the pool and the sea! There is a public beach with sand 5 minutes' walk away, great for children!! Roberto was a great advisor!! Mrs. Marie at the check-in was also very nice!! we will definitely be back!!!

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay at Jean-François's! Very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, and ideally located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful terrace with sea view. Easy communication with Jean-François (host) and Anthony (concierge service), both very friendly and responsive. A place we can't wait to come back to!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment in Fréjus. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The absolute highlight was the private beach—a fantastic bonus that made the experience even more special. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic view from the sunny terrace over the coast and sea. The apartment, in a complex on a hillside, which is only separated by a road from the bay by the sea, is wonderfully furnished with many plants and a lot of attention to detail. You feel right at home and the bed at the window front with a view of the sea is the icing on the cake. The bathroom and toilet are small, but everything has space and there is even a washing machine in the apartment. The terrace is a dream, you don't want to leave. Bastian and Lisa are very, very friendly and accommodating, they give you the nice feeling of being welcome. We can only recommend the apartment, you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We had a great time. The apartment was as described so completely okay!!!! Close to the beach, boulevard and the harbor. Perfect location and ideal for getaways. Nina is really attentive and quick to reply. Gives tips for the surroundings. Even in the fridge were beers, sodas, and the Madeleines were on the bar. Highly recommended!!!!!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The view from the large terrace was fantastic and the location of the apartment was perfect for a few relaxing days. We also had a very friendly welcome at the accommodation with great tips for excursions.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful house of Hestia. It is very lovingly and stylishly furnished, very clean and the garden with its great pool landscape is a real dream. There are many places to relax, such as the large covered lounge area with dining table, outdoor kitchen and grill (plancha) overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful week here with our friends and toddlers. For the children, 2 high chairs, 2 baby beds, toys in the room in the basement and for the pool, a trampoline, small table with 2 children's chairs and stools and playhouse outside as well as balance bikes (and for adults) were available. Hestia welcomed and said goodbye to us very nicely and is a courteous and helpful hostess. She had many good tips, check-in and check-out went absolutely smoothly. Thank you for everything.
