La location de la piscine ou jacuzzi est possible en supplement. Notez que la piscine est chauffée et se loue de mois d'avril jusqu’au mois d’octobre.

Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the impossibility of using the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
