Welcome to our pretty "villa patio", typical of Seignosse, completely renovated in 2024. Located a few steps from the Bourdaines beach and not far from the Golf de Seignosse, the house is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends. . Its wooden terrace overlooks an enclosed garden of 100 m² under the pines, decorated with sun loungers, a hammock, an outdoor shower, a plancha grill and a dining table. Quiet environment.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. The beach is a few meters away. No need to bother with the car. The house offers large spaces. The large garden offers several corners with various exhibitions. A terrace to the west, one to the south and one to the east… plenty to choose from! My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
