Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a wooden cottage adjoining. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or between seasons. The chalet is accessible by ski via the Bois de Saule blue slope that connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the cottage. Direct access to the enduro mountain bike trail "La 8" which descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m altitude difference !

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station. Christine’s place is amazing and she is a very kind host. Spotless, clean apartment, 5 star quality linen, towels and extremely comfy beds. Can’t praise the place and the host enough. Has all the works. Bluetooth audio connectivity to listen to your music, Baleno therapy tub, amazing views from the apartment, ski lockers on the ground floor of the building. Ski in ski out. In the sources de Marie building but this particular apartment is more beautifully done up than others in the same building. Welcome amenities include a bottle of wine, champagne, juice, coffee pods, teas, jams. You will find more than you would need in the apartment. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Direct access from the parking lot through the lift to the apartment. Free access to outdoor pool. Paid access to deep nature spa which is located within the building. Very nice balcony looking out to the mountains and the ski runs. Bathrobes for kids in their sizes was very thoughtful. Our kids didn’t want to leave.

Warm and extremely clean place. You are both in a quiet area, with no noise to disturb your peace, and close to essential shops: cheese shop, bakery, tourist office, Sherpa. In addition, you can take the free ski lift at the foot of the chalet that takes you to Plan Peisey in a few minutes. Nice location to park the car. It was perfect.
