Our apartment, recently renovated, has retained the historic charm of Les Arcs' housing. The residence is ideally located offering quiet and proximity to the shops in the heart of the resort, the ESF and the Jardin des Neiges. Featuring a southwest-facing balcony with stunning views of the valley, this 37 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator access. You have a ski locker at the entrance to the residence. Owner since 2007.

Nice Les Arcs 1600 studio with south-facing terrace

My apartment is at the foot of the slopes and ski lifts. It offers direct access to the village of Arc 1600 from the funicular or the road (access to shops, restaurants). You will appreciate the quietness of the apartment, its views of the mountains, its warm atmosphere, the proximity of the slopes and the large south-facing terrace! My place is good for one, two or three people. The building and apartment are the work of the famous architect Charlotte Perriand.

If you dream of feeling at home, but in the mountains, you have found, because this apartment was my home, so there is everything you need! It is very well equipped and very well located because it is accessible both on foot (funicular+shuttle from Bourg-saint-Maurice, 10 minutes from the slopes and resort center by shuttle or on foot) and by car (free private parking). The south-west facing balcony is sunny from 1pm until the often magnificent sunset.

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
