The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, 7 minutes' walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant little town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

Location: 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from the Côte Fleurie, Brionne train station 600 m Small independent house on my property comprising on the ground floor kitchenette area with dining table, sofa bed (2-seater), and toilet. Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. The accommodation has garden chairs to enjoy the small outdoor area in front of the accommodation. I live next to the accommodation...
